She sold me the new Apple Ultra watch 2 and helped me every step of the way to get it going and she even answered all my questions! She’s a pro at this wireless stuff! Come in and ask for Lesly!

I was very impressed the way Rosie Soliz handled my account & setting me up with my new iPhone & iPad. She was so nice, very professional & AWESOME! She was able to save me money on my current plan & was able to transfer all my data efficiently. I am very happy! I will drive the 160 miles from my home to have the excellent service she provided. I have been in the store 3 times in the last week. Two of the times I have had a great experience. The girls that work there are always pleasant and friendly. The other time I was in there, it was only the store manager working, I believe her name is Tiffany. From the moment my wife and I walked in the door, we felt like we were a burden to her. She was extremely rude to us. I asked her about a promotion that was offered to me the day before, for a tablet. I was offered a tablet for a very low price, and it would be an extra $15 per month on my bill. She very angrily told me that no such deal existed. I said that I would come back when the other girls were working and she got even madder, and told me that she was the store manager and she assured me that the only promotion was that I had to buy a tablet for $700 and then it would be $20 per month on my bill. I strongly suggest that you guys find a new store manager. This lady will drive your customers off. If she is that rude to customers, I can only imagine how she would treat her employees. I will not even go into the store if she is working now. If I have an urgent matter that must be dealt with right away, I will drive to either you Jacson store, or down to the valley. If my matter can wait, I will go back another time when she isn't working.

Amazing people working in this store!!! Angela was so helpful and fun to work with today she made suggestions I wouldn’t have thought about and helped me get a new phone that fit perfect for me! Angela was so sweet and also very personable I actually felt like I had known her for years I will definitely be back specifically for her help!

Angela assisted me with upgrading my phone. It was an extremely busy morning. She addressed all customers, working in order of priority. She was fast, knowledgeable and efficient, making the overall experience very pleasant. She double checked to make sure everything functioned correctly and made sure I had all the tools I needed. Ask for her when visiting the Verizon Angels Camp location. You won’t be disappointed!

Angela was so friendly and helpful! She thoroughly explained all my options and took me step by step through my new phone. I am not a tech wiz and I appreciate her patience, and kindness very much. She made the whole phone buying experience a pleasure!

Such great service ! I won’t go anywhere else, including Verizon corporate stores ever again if I can help it. We went there after talking to a Verizon rep and ordering a new phone. We should have went there first! Verizon rep said no one in the area had the new IPhone so I ordered it though them for delivery on the 15th. Then decided to go to the store to see if they had a demo to look at. My error was not doing that first because they actually did have it in stock. I knew it would be a big hassle to change it so I didn’t. But the rep that was at the store - Åsa was so nice about it I told a friend and she went and got it from them. While she was doing that I ordered a new iPad and watch. When they came in they set them up perfectly for me and the deal was better than what Verizon was offering. We were there a few times getting it all set up and taken care of and they were always just the best. I can’t recommend them enough. Even though they are over an hour from me I will always go there and refer anyone I can.

Angela was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind while I was at the store. She is also an amazing multitasker, and handled multiple customers with ease. She was really funny too, and made our wait more than bearable for our phones to finish up.

Tiffany was outstanding with her patience and finding me the best deal for what I needed. Everyone helpful.

After being with AT&T for the past 21 years I decided to jump ship, I referred to my co-workers and friends about Verizon and everybody I talked to was ecstatic and pleased with their service I walked in and Tiffany and Rosie were very helpful. They walk me through all the models and plans and even though I required additional information on device plans and promotions they will be able to explain everything. After making my decision of what I was going to pick out they were able to help me out and switch over my services. I am very happy with the overall outcome of making the switch.

It’s kinda awesome to meet some focused professionals from time to time. If I could have 10 Rosie’s at my company, I could get rid of 100. Rosie made me and my family feel at ease with the transfer from Sprint of 26 years to Verizon with confidence we are in great hands. Employee went above and beyond for me! There are some company policies that made my transaction less than perfect. But no fault to Angela. She was great! Extremely helpful and patient.

This review is sponsored by the sheer incompetents of ' SONORA VERIZON ' store, after waiting in line for over an hour and after telling the man at the ' baggage check ' 👈 ( the 14 ammendment read it ' SONORA VERIZON) what exact phone I wanted, long story short after over 1 hour of waiting and pulling up my account he finally tells he they do not have the phone! Tiffany was wonderful and explained everything that our new phone could do and went above and beyond what Normal customer service is!

John R the associate who helped me was extremely courteous and efficient as there were technical issues with the systems call that needed placed regarding my account. He was extremely patient with me, having to do sum calculations and fielding a personal call from my benefactor. All while handing other customers between wait times and even charging my other device!

Tiffany is amazing. Today was the best and painless experience I’ve ever had while setting up a new device. She was so extremely helpful, efficient and quick. Thank you!
