What a great place, the staff are friendly and hard-working, the decor is classic "Diner" and the food is delicious! Large portions of hearty goodness. This biscuits and gravy are so good, a full plate is 4 big biscuits. Thier omelets are creative and tasty and filling.
Recommend this place fully.

A wonderful diner that served hardcore Americana food. The crowd was eclectic and clearly drawn from miles around. The kids and I had a great time and left stuffed.

If you haven't been to this gem you need to get there immediately!! Their pork chops are dreamy tender and gravy is out of sights! Great local atmosphere and local grubs! Cheers we'll be back!

Huge portions hand smashed burgers good steak fries classic diner experience great friendly service. Can be busy if you go during rush hour Sundays and mid-lunch the worst. Worth the wait huge menu lots of options.

My 1st time at this establishment, having heard of their great reputation, very eager to go. My friend bought breakfast, was on crutches that day and we were seated at a booth.
I had the miners' breakfast with country potatoes and English muffin. It was really great food!!!...super, really. The recipes or chefs have talent. I heard the food used to completely cover the oval serving dish. It almost does these days but I must say I left two bites and was stuffed until dinnertime. The waitress thought maybe I was done at one point, to remove my dish but my inner voice protested -the food was Soo good . Don't forget to spin the wheel!!

Good Ole family fun here! They even have a counter. You can phone in your order ahead of time! Glen was an awesome host! (Owner) it was great to see the hustle and tackle the challenges as a few folks had called out sick. The entire staff was amazing, nice and handled the stresses like a pro! Very busy, which is great to see, once again.

First time here was greeted at the door I sat at the bar had cream of wheat and iced tea both were wonderfully delicious could not ask for more I will be coming back if I'm in town.

Throw back to the 50s. Chicken fried steak, Eggs Benedict and a chicken club made us all happy and full. The servers even as busy as they were still smiled.
Breakfast all day. Anything on the menu, all day.

My family and I have been going to Marlene & Glen's for the past few years and have always loved the experience. The food served was always of such surprisingly high quality, that each meal baffled us, despite already knowing of its high quality and taste. The only apparent problems with the restaurant had little to do with the food, which we never saw a decline in quality of, but were with the temperature and cleanliness of the restaurant, with the temperature always being too high, and the floors/tables being fairly dirty. However, since the new owners of the restaurant, the overall experience has gone up dramatically. There is now working air conditioning, as well as a decrease in grime; the food, which was the most important aspect of the establishment to us, also saw an increase in quality, never wavering in taste or portion size despite a change in owners. Overall, the new owners have done a fantastic job, not only saving a beloved community favorite from closing, but in improving all aspects of the dining experience.

Do NOT pass through this area without having breakfast here.
This is hands down the friendliest, most delicious roadside diner breakfast I've ever had. The sausage links could convert a lifelong vegan to keto. They explode into the perfect home fries when you bite into them. The ribeye and eggs could feed a family of starving lions. The hot chocolate and the mug of coffee never ever reaches the bottom. And just the nicest people you could ever meet. You might wait a bit, but it's worth every second. Do not miss!

Highly recommend. Go early and grab breakfast...we went at 8:30 a.m. and it was perfect timing. The service was friendly, food was delicious and servings large. If you try to go for lunch, be patient, kind and be prepared to wait, but it's worth it!

My car broke down out front of this diner .. not only were the employees super friendly but the customers even help me push my car ... And to top it off all that my meal was absolutely delicious and extremely affordable . definitely a MUST stop place to eat
