La Hacienda Restaurant

Took my toddler and husband here for the first time. My son LOVED the rice and beans and even ate chips WITH salsa! It was so delicious and the service was great. It's family owned and operated so definitely worth the visit.

Our family held a lunch here on Thursday. It was my grandmother’s favorite place to eat.
It was held in her memory.
Service was friendly and attentive. The food was really good, the portions well worth the money.

La Hacienda has been my family's favorite Mexican food restaurant since the 90s. It is family-owned and operated. They are quite often busy and sometimes short-staffed, but they work hard and the food is great. We feel like family when we dine there.

Funny story how my wife and I found this restaurant. We got back into town around 8pm and wanted some Chinese food. We Google searched and found one next door to La Hacienda. Their business hours said it closes at 9pm but when got there, they had people in there but doors were locked and sign said closed. So instead of turning around we went next door. That was the best decision we made. Server was very nice. She wasn't pushy even tho it was late. Once we ordered, our food was ready within 10 minutes. I ordered the Carne asada rib eye cut and my wife ordered a steak salad. (BTW, it was so loaded, you couldn't tell it was a salad.) Steak came out perfectly and the portions were huge! I come from a big city with multiple Mexican restaurants that serve good food so it was a surprise to find a place like this in a small town. Will definitely stop by again if we're ever in town again.

My first time coming here. I’ve tried almost all the areas Mexican restaurants and this one is by far the best! And the margaritas are awesome!

The food was amazing! We loved the extra spicy salsa and the guacamole! Even though we went in 20 min before closing with a group of 7 - they were fantastic! We can't wait to return!

The food is all homemade and delicious! Staff was quick and didn't have to wait for anything. Very enjoyable atmosphere they set here. Altogether it made for a great place for our family to get together for a while and catch up on things. When your done with the delicious food, if you think you can fit more in your stomach, try the deep fried ice cream desert. It's plenty big enough for two maybe even three people ! Had a wonderful experience Tonight.

We have been coming here for nearly two years on our frequent visits to Angels Camp. I must say we are ALWAYS satisfied and have NEVER had a bad experience. The food is excellent, and the family-owned and operated staff are both friendly and professional. Tacos, Enchiladas, Tacos Pastor, Flautas and Fajitas are my personal favorite. Their chips are fresh and hot and they have two types of salsa, mild and hot/spicy. There are three Mexican restaurants in Angels Camp, ALL are VERY GOOD—we just happen to enjoy the food, service and overall vibe at La Hacienda. You can’t go wrong.

My wife and I travel to the Gold Country once a year for our anniversary. This restaurant has become a staple in our visits. We found it a few years by accident but we remember to keep coming back because 1. The food is always delicious, 2. We always end up taking some home because portions are great, 3. We are always serviced by friendly waitresses. Highly Recommended.

Very good service and enjoyable food. Clean bathroom and nice atmosphere. Kids plate comes with a cute re-usable straw cup. The salsa and chips are great too! Would definitely come again.

Once I told the waitress I have a wheat allergy she went and double checked EVERYTHING that went into what I ordered. Polite friendly and prompt service. I will definitely be going back there.

My family and I love La Hacienda, they are family friendly and have great food. We stop by for burritos to-go when traveling and dine in lunch on our way back. You do have to pay $3.50 for chips and salsa , but it is worth it, their salsa is great!

Amazing food! Good service! I am from out of state and I read the reviews and thought I would try it. Very worth it! Salsa was good potion sizes where great! I couldn't have been more please!
