OLDE IRON GYM

Troy has done a great job at Olde Iron Gym!! CLEAN, organized and functional equipment make this local gym an easy choice for your fitness needs. There’s plenty of room for calisthenics and multiple options for cardio. As for Olympic lifts, there’s a platform with bumper plates as well! Troy was also courteous, understanding and responsive unlike other establishments in the area and so I will DEFINITELY be coming back to his gym next time I’m in town. Thank you again Troy, I’ll be back next year !

I’ve been coming to Angels Camp/Murphy’s for over 20 years to visit my wife’s family. I’ve worked out at other places and Olde Iron is by far the best place I’ve been to. There’s up to date equipment and plenty of space to train. The service was excellent, just call. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Very clean, modern equipment useable by all levels with an inviting energy. Have to be honest and say I was not expecting a gym in California with reasonable expectations regarding you know what; not only was I pleasantly surprised to find myself wrong but it was quite the little gem for training at all levels. Spoke directly to the owner who was incredibly accommodating. I’m sure I’ll be back at some point.

I am 62 years old, and haven't been to a gym in over 20 years. I knew I had to do something if I want to be healthy at 82, Lord willing.
When I entered the gym I was intimidated by all the machines so
I decided to work one on one with Troy. He showed me I was able to workout without worry of injury, and gave me the confidence i needed to realize I can do this. I am excited to say, I did it! and I'm looking forward to going back to see just where I am going to end up in a month, and a year from now. I would recommend this gym to anyone who would like to see a positive change in their life. You will be glad you did.

There is absolutely nothing old about Olde Iron Fitness! State of the art machines, everything’s shiny and new. This place has a great flow to it. I walked in and the music was bumping, Kimberly greeted me and gave me a tour, she explained the machines that I wasn’t familiar with, showed me some good shoulder workouts, signed me up and I got a great workout. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow ❤

Very reasonably priced memberships too, which is a plus in this area! I’m so stoked that I get to be a part of the OIFam.

I dropped in yesterday and today around midday. The equipment is simple and clean. They have a good variety of machines and free weights. I felt like I got my $10 worth. I had a solid efficient workout with no waiting around.

Great no nonsense gym. Never had a bad workout there, love the atmosphere and the equipment. One of the best gyms I've trained at. It's a badass gym.

This gym was amazing while vacationing in Angels Camp. Super clean, it has everything you need to get a great workout in! Week pass was reasonably priced and the owner was very helpful!! Thank you OIF!!
