The guys at this store are super friendly and will help you out. I been with this phone company for two and half years and it is the best. Please come see them and they will hook you up nice and answer all your questions you have.

Senior gals forget the Jitterbug phone advertised in your AARP magazine because the young fellas at this T-mobile are rock stars and will have your phone setup before earlybird bingo with your contacts pictures of your thumb and yappy small dogs even without the passwords you forgot. The other companies said they could not. I was so frazzled when I arrived, they recognized this, had me take a seat and said" we got you covered" and went to work. They set me up with a new phone & plan that fit my budget also with internet and in all saved me about $80 a month. I could not be more pleased with the very sweet help I got and service plan. Internet set up was so easy I did it myself without having to call one of the grandkids.

Alexavier was an absolute Rockstar in customer service today. We visited and he helped my elderly mother get her broken phone serviced and set up her replacement phone and delivery with insurance online. He was so helpful and wasted no time in helping us in every way. Kudos! Someone promote that guy! 👏👏👏 Do not be mistake that this was the T Mobile next to AAA and Petco in Oroville.

Went there two days in a row and the customer service was pleasantly impressive on both days with different representatives. Something you don’t see much these days. Thank you Oroville T-Mobile crew.

Aaron is awesome!! I brought cinnamon rolls for the employees on staff just because he made my experience so smooth! He was funny and very knowledgeable. He was able to transfer all of my data and contacts in no time at all. I appreciate his customer service. T-Mobile is lucky to have him working there!!!

I was very impressed with everything. As a veteran of the Marine Corps I was impressed with this store's quality of service. Staff is excellent! My questions were always answered. I have had the best experience with T-Mobile out of all of the carriers I've tried and it is thanks to: Dominick, Aaron, and David.

Richard helped us and was very cordial, nice, and professional. We got a great deal and so left Verizon who has become too expensive and not so helpful anymore. I feel confident that all the employees have gone out of their way to give us the best deal possible.

I had a FANTASTIC time at this location. I was instantly greeted by Kaylan with the best greeting. She turned my day upside down. I wasn't having a great day and her and the manager were awesome and turned my day around. I will never forget the experience. The Store is totally awsome. I had a great time with everybody that worked in the store. I was having issues with my phone, and Kameron came and helped me the whole way through. I ended up getting a sync-up and David the store manager was tthe first to assist me to make sure that it was working properly in my car. I want to also thank Aaron, Holly, and Richard for the enviornment they set. This store is great and I would recommend this store to all my family and friends. THANKS YOU GUYS

Thanks to Dom at TMobile he got me set up on my first phone plan and made the process super easy and even set my phone screen protector and case on. Even brought my 2 year old in and they were totally accepting of the fact she used the store as a track!

Brando and the others do a great job at helping you get what you want. I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years now. I know this store is new here in oroville but I am glad they are here its better to travel close by.

I had Metro PCS. Metro gave me nothing but grief, frustration, and anger because of their service in store and for their network. Phone plans were only a source of headache for me. Then I came into T-Mobile, I was instantly greeted by Richard with a really big smile and great attitude. Made me feel welcome and felt an instant trust. They gave me a great plan with no frills and I didn't feel that "salesman push" that one normally experiences in phone stores. David the manager was also a big help going the extra mile with my Facebook and Gmail account set up. If you're at all thinking about making the switch, don't wait, just go. They are awesome. I was shopping around for a new carrier undecided on who to chose, so I stopped at T-Mobile best decision i’ve made! As soon as i was walking up Carlos opened the door for me and greeted me and my whole family, I have never experienced such great customer service! I can truly say i feel like im part of the T-Mobile Family!

I came into T-Mobile and Mr. Aaron was the BEST! I have never had anyone like him. I got the BEST service EVER!!! I think I found a WAY better location to come to from now on. David is good too! I'm glad David is here. Yuba City and Chico suck.

Kam was AWESOME! I walked in early he greeted me kind. I needed a new phone & he hooked me up! In the 10 years that I have been a customer I have never received as much as I did on new years day with this guy. He got me into a tablet & I got my new phone with accessories. Jacob was also in the store helping out & his customer service skills were also on point. I felt valued & walked out happy! So people pay your bills & simply treat people NICE & the kindess will definitely be returned! Thanks t-mobile for hiring awesome employees! David and Richard were probably the most entertaining time I've had in a phone store. These guys were straight up and they were funny and made me feel comfortable. 10/10 Recommend to anyone thinking they need a new phone or plan.

We came in and activated yesterday with Cameron and Holly. They were a great help setting us up. We came back today to learn a bit more about our phone and once again they have been nothing but helpful. Highly recommended seeing them for your phone needs

Every time I've been in there the service has been great! Dyllan, Dominick and David are all very nice and the store has always been clean! My questions have always been answered and I highly recommend the three gentleman listed above! And the store as a whole! So happy we finally have a t-mobile!

The entire crew that was working Today was excellent. Aaron, Kameron and Holly were very patient when I had an issue with my device.
