Traded in old phone and being older was confused about everything on the new phone but Lupe helped get everything set up. His customer service is amazing! He was very kind and knowledgeable and didn’t feel rushed. I was very impressed with Lupe!

Lupe was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Answered all our questions. Help direct us to where we could learn more how to use it. We're older with limited technology skills, and he seemed sensitive and respectful!

I went into the Victra Verizon - CA-Oroville store and Katelyn not only restored my cellular service but updated my iPhone 15 and explained everything to me. Katelyn was incredibly patient with clearing up the mess left by the 25 to 30 incompetent agents I had to deal with on the Verizon Customer Service line for the last 5 days with NO resolution. Katelyn deserves a raise AND a promotion and I hope this gets back to Verizon management. I almost left Verizon for the lousy treatment I got through the Verizon corporate number which was flat out SHAMEFUL. Next time I will remember to go Local. We went into the Verizon store to upgrade 1 iPhone because of an advertisement we saw. After speaking with Lupe, we were convenienced that both phones could be economically upgraded, plus he introduced us to the Verizon Internet Gateway which we are so excited to try!

Brenda was amazing! She answered all of my questions with ease and was very efficient and knowledgeable with my phone upgrade and watch purchase!
