If I can give a zero star, I would. Called to get an appointment for my mom. Unknown to me, the doctor my mom usually sees retired. The receptionist who answered the phone gave me an attitude. When someone says “Thank you”, do not just hang up without acknowledging them. Some of these people needs to go back and learn some manners. Rude receptionist. I can only imagine how patients feel when they go into the office and gets greeted with an attitude. Unfortunately, I did not catch the receptionist’s name. But do better and treat people more respectfully.
