Raleys grocery store has the best selection of produce in all of Oroville.

Great stop for our family! Raleys is usually the reason but we also love PetCo. Dutch Bros is nearby and so is the library. Ethan’s Eatery is also close by for a quick lunch. There are a lot of shady parking spots. The parking lot has some grades so watch your shopping cart to make sure it doesn’t roll away!

The YMCA is a great outlet for both seniors and children. The seniors have a exercise program with a safe trainer, twice a week. The children and seniors get to come and both can swim 5 days a week.
The YMCA has after school program for the children during school. I'm sure there are other programs that I have no idea about but those three I do know about and I recommended highly!

Love their Monday specials. Clerks very helpful and personable. Even the customers help us that are in mobile wheelchairs and can't reach the high shelves. God Bless you all!

I shop withing this center at least 6 times a week. Rayle's, petco, marshalls, mostly but also love the gourmet kitchen chinese food too. I also love that they do a lot of fun community events here too.

Nice little shopping center.
Visited a couple stores, spoke with some delightful folks and found exactly what I desired.
BTW, parking lot had plenty of spaces and not to crowded.

Finally found a frozen yogurt place. Lots of different flavors and toppings to go on it. Price is great, the yogurt is better. Service is fantastic, and the most important thing is it's clean inside.

This is a nice shopping area, I go into Petco, the post office, Marshalls, Rayles and little Ceasars. All great places with lots of parking.

Is pretty good variety of stores I can come and get groceries eat and get stuff from my pets so not a bad one stop shop

Comfortable shopping center~ Good Chinese food, postal store, Petco, Marshalls, nice grocery store. Pretty much a one stop shop area. Anything it's lacking is most likely pretty close by.

Shopped at Raley's for sushi. They made a special order for my grandson. He loved it.

I shop here all the time at Raleys,and Marshall's. I love having both stores so close together and close to home too

Good stores. Ralph's is the best grocery store. Petco, Marshall's, Cut-4-You, post office, and pretty good Chinese restaurant.
