I recently had a great experience with Mo, who helped me port a number of lines from another carrier, adding useful features while lowering my monthly cost in the process. He went above and beyond in following up on resolving some billing issues, and consistently provided excellent customer service with great attitude. I really appreciated his exemplary support.

We have been with another carrier for over 5 years and the service we got at this location with Verizon has been amazing Mo was such an awesome associate that made this transfer so easy my husband and I are not tech savey he helped us every step of the way. We did not want to switch our service because of cost and the issue of the change. Mo made it so easy and helped us save it was so nice to in this day and age get good customer service I wish we would have done it sooner.

Brandon Macias was the most helpful, smart, and gracious person that has ever helped me with my phone needs. I have been a Verizon customer and always purchased my phones directly from Verizon. I will stay with Verizon because of this. Very smart young man

This place is about helping the customer...hands down they are here to assist in every way possible... I wish I was able to purchase my phone with them but unfortunately they didn't have the color I wanted. But either way they made me feel that I truly mattered... Unlike the actual Verizon Store on North Blackstone... That store was absolutely horrible... But I digress... Come here for all your device needs... I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I drove almost 3 hours from Milpitas to this location to buy my daughter, who lives in Fresno, a new phone on a Saturday. We were fortunate to arrive with little to no wait time and were promptly assisted by Alijah. Alijah was very professional, informative, and suggested the right phone to accommodate our needs. We were thoroughly impressed, so much as to say that he gave us better service than the location we went to in Milpitas. He was patient and wasn't trying to rush us. We were interested in adding an extra line and he jokingly said that in order to do that we'd have to come back to him. Honestly, I'd make the drive again because quality service is extremely important to me especially when I plan to spend $1000+ on a few phones. I had researched all of the Verizon stores before I made the trip in Fresno and was beyond happy to have chosen this location. Alijah, job well done brother. 👏🏽🙌🏽😊

Jared is the man! He spent 2 hours transferring files and helping me setup my new phone last weekend. The store was very clean and new. I also liked that when i went (Sat a.m.) there was not many other customers so I could ask questions without feeling rushed. Thank you!

Bryce was such a huge help! Usually when I go in the store is always jam packed but Bryce helped me right away! He was clear and answered any questions I had. Very easy to talk to and very helpful. Because of him I was able to get the iPad I needed and add it to my plan. Everything just really fell into place for me with this visit. It was awesome :)

Went in to add a few lines to my account last week. I have been to a few other Verizon stores in town however, none compare to the experience I had here. The sales rep Josh was awesome, he took the time to go over my account and check which promotions I qualified for. He made sure all phones were up and running and had all their info transferred over to them. All staff we interacted with were very friendly. The store was clean and welcoming! I highly recommend this location for your Verizon needs!

The customer service team at this location did an excellent job upgrading our family account and setting up new equipment. It wasn’t just one person; almost everyone at this location helped at some point. There were some glitches, but they were persistent and polite and fixed the problems. I will go back again. 😎😎😎

Josh was incredible! This was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. He was friendly, patient, engaging and made sure my phone was set up right and working as it should. I’ve been a Verizon customer for several years and as long as I get the kind of service Josh provided, I won’t ever switch.
