Beau's Pizza & Pasta

My wife and I wanted to share our beautiful experience last night at Beau’s restaurant!

We had the pleasure meeting Beau and his beautiful wife, Alyssa, who both co-served us our meal. They sat us by the fireplace, which was very romantic, as it was our first time eating there. We just got married this last June 11th of 2023 & we were Jr High Sweethearts, who met at 14yrs & 15yrs young. Come to find out, Beau & Alyssa were also just married one week after Kerri & I, in June 2023..

We just built our new house in Easton, so it was our official first night out on the town, after having lived in Kirkland 32yrs. Beau and Alyssa, both were very warm, welcoming, charming & attentive to our needs, they gave my wife & I a beautiful experience. We will go back again & again, I have a feeling that they will become longtime friends of ours! Thx 🙏🏻 so much Beau & Alyssa, we appreciate both of you so much for your hospitality, we look fwd to seeing you again in the near future ♥

Very classy place. With some of the most delicious Elk I have ever tried. Got the Elk stroganoff with a German onion soup and a huckleberry lemon drop. Perfect combo. Will come back again very soon.

Stopped while traveling, had the best pizza I've had in years. It was so good, I stopped again on my way back home, ate there but had to take one home for the next day. The owner and staff were very welcoming.

If you want to stop and relax, away from a crazy world, and be served by a well trained staff, and eat delicious food, this is it. The sauce in the clam appetizer calls for you to also order their woven garlic bread for dipping. I was in the mood for a salad for dinner and had the Cobb, oddly enough deciding to try their thick balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and I liked it! My wife had what she said was the best vegetable lasagna ever. Desert was triple berry crisp for me, served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. She had the peanut butter pie (had chocolate too!) and took must of her pie home - we were pleasantly full. Bathrooms were clean, restaurant was clean, and had a bar area that can seat a couple folks. A great sign: those in the kitchen could be seen enjoying their work there. No wonder than that the food was that good. Thank you for persisting in making good food with a friendly staff. We'll be back to try what I expect to be really good pizza's and steaks.
NOTE: Photos of their restaurant were as we left - they had closed for the night. When we arrived on a Friday night it was packed and we had to wait for a table. It is worth waiting for a table.

Irregardless of you are driving through or a local, Beau's has comfort food down to an art, with some clever dishes like Elk stroganoff served with delicious mashed potatoes and perfect broccoli. The steaks were the best we've had in Washington, bar none. The wedge was classic. And Beau himself served us with a humble smile and penchant for making sure our every desire was satisfied. Plus he is a really nice guy. The ambiance is classic with a elk mounted above the main dining room to add to the small town feel.

I like Beau's and would recommend it for anyone who wants great food fast, or great food slow. Keep this family run establishment in business and try it out. You will be surprised.

Really great family restaurant and comfort food. Thoroughly enjoyed our dishes, took the in-laws and had a wonderful time. I'm posting photos but I can't remember exactly what we ordered but we had I know the elk stroganoff, a pizza, a steak dish and I think one other dish, along with generous tasty salads for the appetizer.
I had the pizza and it was fantastic.
We all had nice cold beers to accompany the meal. Plenty of parking area.

I had driven by the day before and saw their sign. The next day I decided to stop and try it out. I don't usually do reviews, but this place is amazing. Beau and his team, family are welcoming, friendly and just the best. The service was amazing, the food and drinks are the best around, and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. I will make it a stop every chance I get. Highly recommended. I would try one of everything. You won't regret stopping in and having some dinner and refreshments. A++++

Stopped for a quick bite headed to Seattle. Wow! Cool atmosphere, good service, and probably the best cheese burger I’ve ever had! They use a fancy cheddar cheese from WSU…and there’s bacon it. It really was a treat. Would go back.

A gem in small town Cle Alum, WA! The finest fresh ingredients that comes through in all the dishes we had. Tuscan pizza brings all the best Italian tastes and flavors... Love this place. ❤

Our first time at Beau’s and I was so impressed!! It’s so important to us to find a restaurant that serves high quality kids meals. It’s the worst when you pay for a kids meal and it’s sub par compared to the adults meals. Our kids each had spaghetti and meatballs and I was so impressed at the freshness and high quality ingredients. The service was amazing, food came out quickly, and the wine was a heavy pour. Great dining experience we will definitely be back!

I'm not sure what I expected with 'pizza & pasta' in the name, but it wasn't this. The ambience is on point, the service fantastic, and the food amazing. I'm so glad I ignored my first reaction of "I don't want Italian tonight," and stepped inside this contemporary casual gem! I loved the northwest decor, relaxing atmosphere, and varied menu. My Elk Stroganoff was amazing and my partner's Steak was perfection - we'll be back!

Best dinner place in town! Pizza is amazing

This place is awesome. Passing through town and stopped off here for dinner. The server was incredibly hospitable and on top of things. The pizza was so very tasty as well as the ‘mommas lasagna’. Obviously fresh ingredients served in a warm atmosphere. We chatted briefly with the owners and chef on the way out. Very kind and warm people. We appreciate the great service and food. You just never know what you’ll get while on the road.

I love pizza and I ordered a salami,sausage,mushroom,and Olive with extra sauce and it was awesome . My new favorite pizza place .

Amazing staff, incredible food, beautiful aesthetics. I had the caprese salad, wild mushroom marsala and vegetarian pizza. There have been 2 times in my life where I had to stop mid chew and just appreciate the overwhelming perfection of the pizza, this was one of them. The marsala was equally impressive. Their bread with oil and vinegar was hands down the best I have ever had. Absolutely incredible from sit down to walk out. 100/10 (not a typo). Definitely not your typical "hole in the wall" 😉 I live almost 3 hours away but I will be back!

Mmm mmm delicioso! Had the elk stroganoff and it was nummy as all hell. The spaghetti puttanesca my better half had was also tasty as all get out too.

Visiting from Texas, I was invited to dinner with some local friends. This spot was obviously a local favorite where it was packed. I saw that it was a great gathering spot for families and friends alike. The food was outstanding. I had the Papa’s Lasagna and I honestly have never had a lasagna that tasted so good. Absolutely amazing. If ever back in town I will surely return. Great job!! The rest of my party had the Beaus Special pizza and also the Fettuccine with marinara. Everything looked so delicious!

The food is really good. I had a combo pizza. The crust was cooked just right. There were plenty of toppings on it also. Our server was right on top of everything. The only knock is that it is very loud. The walls are brick and mirrors, so there is nothing to deaden the sound. And people seemed to talk louder than they needed to so they could be heard over the reflected noise. Which just made it worse. I'm not sure how you control the noise, but it would be more enjoyable if it weren't so loud. We will definitely eat here again. And I recommend Beau's if you're driving through town and you're hungry.

Showed up just before closing and Staff was SO fantastic. Happily let us come in, got us a great table table by the window and took AMAZING care of us! The atmosphere here is amazing - total woodsy vibes and just what you hope for in a beautiful little Mountain town! Staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the FOOD is EXCELLENT! If you need a place to stop for a warm welcome And great food… or if you’re a local and need a regular place to eat… this is it! Thank you Beau’s for being the best!

This is one of our favorite restaurants since moving to Cle Elum. The food is always flavorful and cooked to expectations. Beau's has some of the best tenderloin steak around. The atmosphere is great to have a conversation over dinner, while you can arrive dressed up or in casual attire. To top it off, the service has always been amazing every time we come in. Definitely recommended for a place to go.
