I've been banking both business and personal with BOA for 5 years. Their customer service is always outstanding. The bank manager Jose is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to assist clients. I never really leave many reviews but it is hard to get quality customer service. This branch has tremendous quality form the top down

Made an appointment, got in an out in 5 minutes. Even if I need teller just planning ahead knowing when best times to go or using mobile banking. You be surprised its not tellers that are short staffed, its the customers that take their time or ask for 10+ things that hold up the line that can be done online. 🤷🏻‍♂ but hey just my experience. Gotta plan ahead and be proactive.

My experience with BoA was very satisfying. I was out of country and was locked out from online banking. There was no phone number to reach someone. But through social media contact I was able to reach and indeed received a very satisfactory service.
Recently they also allow to update the mobile app from other countries.
Service is improving for sure.
