Roeding Park

Always the funnest place for my 3 boys the rides part is amazing needs a few upgrades but the kids don't notice it. The storybook place is so fun they have arts and crafts and life size kids toys like connect 4 and legos for the kids to play with. Each story section is beautiful and so much fun for the kids to interact with my youngest is one and oldest is 5 and they had a blast there.

Perfect weather to visit the Zoo on Monday.. all the animals were so active..the Elephants, Mearcats, Giraffes, Lions ( our female was even in the tree)
Scott-the Elephant instructor..had a ton of info!! Chaffee Zoo is a must see!!

We absolutely love our zoo. Really amazing improvements over the last 10 years! We recently went to Illuminature, and I HIGHLY recommend it! It's really beautiful. My daughter didn't want to leave when it closed. Support our zoo!!

I go every year with my school kids and we always feed the the giraffes and pet the sting rays! It is the highlight of their trip! Today was no exception!

They had an amazing array of lighted animals all around the zoo. Lots of fun! I just wish our grandkids were with us!

We loved the new improved playland! Perfect day we had with our whole family. My 2 and 4 years old were able to do most rides, and we went on a special discount day, so it was more affordable for our family of 5.

Such a perfect place for a picnic or BBQ. They have bbq pits here. Picnic tables everywhere. Restrooms and 2 playgrounds. Love the duck pond as well. It's nice to unplug from life and enjoy the trees oh and squirrels. Love it here!

My wiife and I went to Iluminature last night was really impressive. I can't wait to go back, to check out the zoo. Thank you Chafee Zoo for all you do

A gem in Fresno with it's zoo, Playland and Storyland.Great old fashioned park fun!

Very nice park. Went here as a young kid, many fond memories. Still a nice park.

This is a great place to bring family or friends and enjoy a summer day! Plenty of places with shade and tables for a picnic. Plenty of parking. There are areas to BBQ as well. The park is kept very clean and if you're feeling up to it, the Fresno Zoo is in the same area!

Beautiful park they have Ducks and everything 🙌🏾🙌🏾❤‍🔥❤‍🔥❤‍🔥 Wonderful trees and lots of space to throw a function. Also the Fresno Chaffee Zoo is there and they have a train ride for kids 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🤗🤗🤗

Zoo boo was great. Animals were great. Young adults helping were fantastic.

Don't forget to pay for parking . This is a big park with a lagoon, Chaffee zoo, Storyland, and separate amusement park: Playland.

Hadn't been there in 20 yrs... I was blown away by how much had changed. It was a great experience that I was able to share with my granddaughter, and we will definitely be back soon!

They did a magnificent job redoing this zoo!! Amazing and beautiful! This is a must place to go to. The exhibits are beautiful and engaging. You can really get close to the animals at most exhibits.

WE HAD A GRAND OL TIME ..MY 2 DAUGHTERS & GRANDDAUGHTER.. $5 ADMISSION FOR A LIMITED TIME ..ALL RIDES WERE FREE...SHORT LINES.. A MUST GO ..WE ALSO VISITED THE ZOO

Beautiful place to be at. Quiet! You can hear the kids laughing while playing! Beautiful atmosphere! Feed the ducks, take a break and read a book! Pick Nick or barbeque gather with friends and family! It's endless there!

Beautiful zoo, I love going here with my son. His favorite animals right now are the seals and sea lions!

Went to storyland actually. Had an awesome time, my son loved it there. 10$ gets you unlimited rides, and the lines are short. Food is pretty expensive but not outrageous
