Trailer Hitches at U-Haul

It doesn't impress me

I had a trailer hitch installed on my car yesterday. They only partially reinstalled the guard panel on the left side after the hitch was put on. I noticed the guard panel sagging today and took my car back to this U-Haul location to have them fix it. The man behind the counter told me that they ran out of the needed pushpins and that they thought it wouldn't be noticed since it can only be seen sagging and bouncing when the car is moving. He said sorry but there is nothing that they can do about it. He suggested that I go buy some pushpins myself for the simple fix.
This job cost me over $502.13 and they couldn't finish the job correctly or at least let me know that there was an issue. Now I am "That Guy" driving around with a piece of my car hanging underneath the trunk.
