All of my appointments to Dr Chauhan's clinic has been a positive one, Dr Sanjay and the PA's has always shown great professionalism toward me. I would like to send praise to Mrs Rosario and Mrs Priscilla who work in the office, every time I've had contact with them they were courteous, professional, and cordial. Five stars and a thumbs up.

I've been a patient for MANY years. My overall rating for Dr. Chauhan would be EXCELLENT. Dr. Chauhan listens and truly cares about his patient. The Staff has been AWESOME throughout my many, many visits over the years. Yes, I've had a few issues along the way but whom is perfect. No one! If have an issue, talk to staff or doctor about it. I assure you they will fix or address issue, if they can.

Outstanding care. Dr Chauhan is treating me for neck and back issues. He has requested other treatments that I feel are helping me manage my particular situation. His staff also does an amazing job working with you, especially Gloria, her professionalism is greatly appreciated along with Perla who also is a professional. You will be satisfied with this office.

Dr is top notch listening is on point. But the office is a mess they are RUDE DISRESPECTFUL I’ve been a a patient for over a year now and I’ve been dealing with this and the only reason I’ve stayed is the dr if it’s not one this it’s an other I just had a “supervisor” hand up on my and tell me well idk when your document will be filled out after 3 weeks latter and that just my opinion of bad management skills she guided the rest to be just like her Russ on the phone and disrespectful no manners or respect for you. At first it was I had to wait ten days for document to get filled out and as time when by when I need something else now it was that I needed to wait 14 business days

Prescribed me a prescription after I explicitly told them it caused adverse reactions and had asked for something else completely different.

They canceled and rescheduled an appointment without notifying me..

Oh yeah and it took my Attorney calling them to finally get my change in address and phone # in their system after the 4th time.

The office manager has zero desire to correct or address any of the above issues.

Complete incompetence all the way around.

Been waiting to be called for over an hour, staff claims there was some confusion and blamed the new girl.
