U-Pack

My family recently relocated from FL to CA and everything was a BREEZE using UPACK. I have made the cross country move 3 times now, not to mention several state moves and this by far was the easiest and cheapest route we have ever gone. It was so easy to reserve, customer service was amazing and answered my questions with efficiency. My truck was delivered on the day we discussed, picked up, and then redelivered to my new location exactly on the day I needed. I can’t even get over how simple and cost effective everything was.

Thanks to the FB Leaving CA page I chose to go with U-Pack for our move. Read so many horror stories from others but glowing reviews about U-Pack. We used U-Pack to move from Ca to Tx. The whole process was fairly stress free. They delivered the trailer, we loaded it, they picked it up and delivered to our new address ahead of schedule. Every time I called with a question they were quick to answer and always friendly. The cost was very reasonable when compared to other companies offering the same services. I would use this company again and will recommend to others I know who are moving.

I will never move the same way again! U-pack was amazing with having the unit at my initial location on time and I loaded it up, they extended the time I had it to give me extra time to pack up my things and had it delivered on time when they said they would. Moved my parents from California to Texas and after looking at the cost of Uhaul/Budget, it was cheaper and more space with U-Pack. Big bonus is you don't have to drive the truck. We probably saved $2,000 by choosing U-Pack. The trailers are large and easy to load with the included ramp. I would definitely use them again.

Moving is always a challenging experience. My experience with U-Pack couldn’t have been better. Everything they said would happen, happened and the furniture moved from California to Texas quickly and efficiently. This was so seamless I am going to use them again with a much bigger move in the coming weeks. If you want an easy moving experience at a great price you should try U-Pack!!

We moved from California to Indiana. U-Pack delivered the trailer, we loaded it. When we finished loading, we called U-Pack and they came and picked up the trailer. We were able to take our time driving to Indiana. When the trailer arrived in our area, U-Pack called and set up a delivery time. It was so easy and stress free. The price was very good. Hopefully, we will never make a move like this again. If we do, we will use U-Pack.

This is my second time using Upack, let me say both times have been great easy and smooth! They make it so much easier and you’re able to track the trailer. Anytime I had a question they were pleased to help! I def recommend them!!!!! Better price than many out there as well!

We moved from California to Texas, and needed a way to move our households, and not have to put our vehicles on trailers, Upack was the perfect solution, they worked with our many date changes, and time we needed the trailer both at move out and move in. The billing was easy to understand, and easy to get reimbursed for tthe extra footage we didn't use. The reps on the phone as well as the drivers were nice as well as knowledgeable. We would use them again, and reccomend them.

U-pack made my moving experience a breeze and at a reasonable cost. I didn't have to worry about driving a moving truck for miles. All I had to do was load the trailer and wait on my shipment. The cusromer service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful! I will definitely refer my family and friends.

Load the trailer yourself and have three days to do it, then Upack picks it up and takes it (across country) and then delivers it and you again have three days to unpack. Superb service. We saved some money taking a Uhaul trailer to their depot in Savannah and unpacking the truck (reduced our fees by $300). People on the phone and at the depot are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! We've used them twice on cross the country moves.

U-Pack was a great option for my cross country move Fresno-Atlanta. The call center staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous without being pushy. The local ABF office was also easy to work with and accommodated my needs. Even the driver was extremely helpful getting the bulkhead situated and loaned me some extra straps to secure the load. The container arrived on time and there was no damage to my items except a box that I dropped off the ramp! Thanks U-Pack and ABF. My extra advice, don't underestimate the difficulty loading 'high and tight' and I recommend some professional loading/unloading assistance.

They showed up on time in California. They delivered the day they said they would in Idaho. Not one thing was damaged. People I spoke with on the telephone were very curious. The persons that dropped the picked up the pods were friendly. This couldn't have happened any easier. Still moving and will use them again. Great company.

Cheapest, easiest, worry free moving experience you could get. Wether it's a trailer you want or a relo cube dropped at your front door. I work for this place so I'm bias, those are just a few of the things that our customers tell me....
