Karlos, was completely unprofessional with my mother simply because she was a Spanish speaker.

Before giving a quote or any additional details Karlos
belittled her and implied that Farmers Insurance was too expensive for her to afford and that she ought to try Fiesta Insurance.

Not only is such a response unprofessional but also very disheartening.
