Homer helped me clean my phone from virus, he's the best!

Oh man what can I say one of the best T-mobile stores I’ve been to. My mom usually hates to go to T-mobile store because she speaks Spanish and they usually make her feel uncomfortable. But Vanessa the manager and Brenda the rep really made her feel at home. We went in to upgrade her IPhone even though she didn’t know her information they made it work and took their time. We will make sure to let people know to come in.

I want to thank the help full staff at T-Mobile for helping me with my purchase. I really wouldn't be writing a review if it wasn't for a kind and warming welcome shopping experience provided here. It wasn't like any other. I wanna thank the Sales Associate, Jose, for having a professional conversation with me about the product and services they offer; they also explained how the process works and the deals, so I could save a little bit more cash, before I made my final purchase. Service here was great and fast. I was helped by Joel, he was very professional and showed great customer service. Joel also showed me the proper accessories I would need to protect my new phone. I would recommend anyone that goes to this store to ask for Joel.

First time in this store since it just opened. Workers were very welcoming. I'm just glad that this location opened up cause it's more convenient for me instead of going to stores further out in the area. Ask for Diana best customer service and very knowledgeable !!
