I've always had at least good service from this location. I elected to leave this review because I just had a very pleasant brief telephonic interaction with Eric as to the availability of my prescription. He was so helpful and pleasant that I felt compelled to leave this review. Thank you to all staff at Rite Aid Blackstone Fresno!

Although it may take time to refill my meds here, the employees are nice and professional; at times they prioritize my meds.

Always a great experience

I was so tempted to just give them one star. I called in last Wednesday to get a renewal on a prescription. The automated system told me that their were no renewals left on the prescription so they would call my doctor to renew it. With Thursday being Thanksgiving & adding on the weekend I waited until Tuesday to call back to ascertain if the prescription was ready. They told me the doctor denied it. I immediately called my doctor & the receptionist told me that they hadn't been contacted about it & that the person in charge of renewals wouldn't be tomorrow. Called Rite Aid back & told them that I was out of the prescription & they said that I could come down & pick up 2 pills of Lovostatin in 30 minutes until they would hear from my doctor. When I went there about 45 minutes later I was told that the pills weren't ready & discovered that they had been calling into a doctor & location I had never heard or been to. Mystery solved as to why I had been having trouble getting my prescriptions renewed. This wasn't the first time I had trouble getting a prescription renewed but it wasn't until this time that I found out why. These incompetent morons had been calling a doctor I had never been to. They refilled the whole prescription once I pointed out their error which is the only reason I didn't give them just one star

I always have good it experience here but today there was a lady saw but didn’t acknowledge me to say anything like I’ll be right with you so I pressed the button to call them and she come with a dirty look saying it’s just me I’m helping a customer but did not say I’ll be right with you so I left fk that I’ll come back hope for way better help!!!!

worst customer service ever. they staff are so rude and even though you’re in line waiting to pay for your items they make you wait while they help the person behind you. never going back.
