These flowers were delivered 9 days ago. They still look great!!

I called to ask why ??? I was told they:
-toss out everything 1 x a week and start with new fresh flowers
-give the flowers a special food
-disinfect everything every few days
-are a 40 year old business (present owner of 17 years - "Katie")
-have a very loyal customer base
-guarantee their flowers
First trip to deliver - I didn't hear the doorbell
Second trip to deliver, next day, brought a new fresh bouquet

I placed an order of flowers for my nieces 17th birthday. The flowers weren’t awesome sauce after being delivered. I contacted the shop and sent them videos and images and they were great to work with and admitted the quality wasn’t up to their typical standards. So grateful for their awesome customer service and willingness to help!

I see some complaints about physically small quantities of flowers for the money. I received an arrangement yesterday -- it was an arrangement of clearly expensive, fresh flowers. In the battle of quantity vs. quality, quality wins at The Flower Shoppe. A shout-out to employee Allison for her arranging skills!

This is a wonderful flower shop. I've gotten a few flower arrangements here and they've always turned out great. My wife loved the flowers I got her for Valentine's day.

Due to my forgetfulness, I forgot to order a bouquet for a dance recital. I called The Flower Shoppe and within one hour, I was able to pick up a beautiful, wrapped red rose bouquet. When I need something to look amazing, I always call The Flower Shoppe. Their customer service and large selection of fresh, beautiful flowers can't be beat. They have been wonderful to work with, regarding funeral and wedding flowers. Our family has used them for both occasions. You will not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience buying flowers from this shop, my wife had just gotten a call about getting her dream job, and on my way home from work I called the shop to see if they could help me get a arrangement to surprise her on this awesome news. On the phone they were so helpful in helping me choose the right flowers and keeping it in my budget. I know they were probably busy with other things in their shop but they were able to put a beautiful arrangement together. I 10/10 recommended the flower shoppe for their wonderful customer service, beautiful flowers, and overall experience with them. When I brought home the arrangement my wife was elated and thought they were so beautiful as well. I will be going here in the future for other special occasions!!! Thank you so much :)

The service was absolutely fantastic! The people were so friendly and the flowers were amazing! I just told them a color palette and they made a beautiful bouquet. My girlfriend was incredibly pleased. I highly recommend this place for flowers. It's quick, easy and they do an amazing job! I have now gone here for flowers multiple times and they never fail to impress! They give each bouquet the proper time and attention to make something beautiful for your special someone. I would increase my review to 6 stars if I could!

My wife loved the flowers! They were fresh and the assortment was beautiful. They actually forgot the chocolates when they delivered the flowers. They apologized for the mistake and not only delivered them shortly after, but added an extra little box of chocolates to make up for it. My wife also loved that! I would like to add a little side note after reading a few reviews that complained about the price. The quality of the flowers, vase, chocolates and customer service was certainly reasonable for a flower shoppe. I expect to pay more and overall, I am a very satisfied customer! I also don't mind to pay a little more to support local business!

The ladies there are amazing, they helped me with a last minute bouquet for my wedding.

My favorite flower shop in town! Love every time I can go in and get my wife a bouquet because I know it will be a one of a kind beauty. They're always super polite and try to inquire about anything that would make the bouquet special or would be a special touch for your loved ones

Ignore the reviews of people saying it's not worth the money, they fail to realize that there are different grades of flowers and that the flower shoppe only stocks the highest grades available. I myself was inside browsing for a vase for a mother's day bouquet when a gentleman came in asked for the price of 2 dozen roses. When the cashier answered he proceeded to basically degrade and demean them in a ridiculously rude manner.

Head to Walmart if you want a 20$ bargain bouquet that will start to mold the second day.

Head to the Flower Shoppe to make memories and impressions that last a lifetime.

I have gone here many times to purchase flowers for my wife. Their arrangements and quality of flowers are the best in town. My wife is always happy with their products.

The Flower Shoppe is absolutely amazing. Their customer service is top notch. We’ve done arrangements for family members for birthdays, etc. there. We ordered all of the flowers for a family funeral from them. Katie took care of every detail, coordinated custom orders, and sent photos of the finished product. We could not be happier. I have ordered flowers from The Flower Shoppe several times before and have never been disappointed. The bouquets have always brought smiles to my wife. This time, I ordered for my parent's Golden Anniversary. The flowers were beautiful and the owners even delivered them to us themselves... Thank you! I needed a beautiful arrangement to cheer up my granddaughter at Utah State so I called The Flower Shoppe - Logan. They created a gorgeous arrangement and delivered it right to her dorm apartment!! It made her day. I am in Louisiana and couldn't select the flowers but the staff did a great job. It was super easy over the phone and I will definitely be using them again to bring some happiness into my sweet granddaughter's life!!!

I have used The Flower Shoppe on multiple occasions before. Today they showed me why they are an amazing company. I have received flawless bouquets from them in the past but the one I ordered this Valentines Day wasn't quite up to my standards. I called and immediately the staff told me to bring the flowers in to be replaced. I am out of state so my girlfriend brought them by and got an even more amazing arrangement then what I expected. It's good to know that they take complaints and issues so seriously. The main problem this time was that V-day is crazy busy and the flower quality can sometimes decrease. The rest of the year I have never ever had a problem. This is a great company!

I've counted on The Flower Shoppe for my floral needs for almost two decades. They have provided outstanding arrangements from school dance corsages to Mother's Day bouquets, from birthday balloons to sensitive condolences—and everything in between. Their prices are always more than fair, their arrangements are always fresh and beautiful, and their service is always friendly and helpful. They have never disappointed. As a side note—I currently live in Maryland, but I still make sure to call The Flower Shoppe any time I need flowers or balloons for a friend or relative in Cache Valley.

The florists here are SOOO talented! They have done a lot of amazing arrangements I have been able to enjoy! They go out of their way to give great customer service and try their best to make what you want for your special events! There's nothing more I could ask for in a floral shop!
