I ordered a refrigerator straight off of the website and had it delivered by the end of the week. The service was great. Communication was great and the two gentlemen that delivered the refrigerator were very helpful and informative. I liked that they didn’t seem rushed thank you Antonio and Ambrosio !!
They made sure everything was set up and I was satisfied before they left. They were very cautious to make sure not to hit or bump in the house not to leave a mess!!

Bought a washer on friday they delivered on saturday. Good service, friendly people and clean store.

The young men that delivered our washer were very professional, and polite. I was very impressed with their knowledge. Company did a great job on hiring them.

I have been to this location three times & have received excellent service each time. I was greeted upon entering the store & asked if I needed help looking for something. I browsed around the first time for an idea of what I wanted for my new home. I ended up walking out with a new set of couches for under $400! Jessica helped me the first time. She knows exactly what she is doing & was very patient with me. The second time I went in to buy a refrigerator with my husband & Jessica was there to help us again. She was very helpful & patient with us. We went in a third time to get a washer & dryer. Bernie helped us this time & she was so patient with us & understanding. She was very helpful, knowledgeable & helped us get everything we needed for the appliances. Now for all of the items I purchased, the couches were a gift for my mom. They were in great condition & comfy. My refrigerator, washer & dryer are all in great condition & work so amazing! I got all of my appliances at amazing prices with only minor cosmetic damage, but I don’t mind because they get the job done just as much as a brand, shiny new one does. We only had one issue with heat on our dryer, took it back the next day & they exchanged it with a new one that works perfectly. They also offer insurance on the appliances at great prices with really good perks. This place is great & the staff is amazing, I loved working with Jessica & Bernie. I plan on going again in the near future for a new dining room table. They get new shipments all the time. If you’re looking for new appliances & furniture look no further. I went to 3 different "scratch n dent" appliance stores and this one had the best prices by far. I went to one near Blackstone and Shields that I will not name but they had much worse prices and the condition of the appliances was very questionable (some fridges were missing doors and heavily dented) and I was pleasantly surprised when I viewed the inventory here, everything was in great shape in comparison. I found a fridge with a couple of small dents for 1/3 the price they sell them for at a big box hardware store that I purchased while in-store. Overall good experience and the prices on all other appliances and furniture seem good.

Update: The person I originally spoke with reached out to someone that could help me in the company. Now even though the solution wasn’t ideal, it was a solution. And that’s what I was looking for within customer service. I appreciate the outreach and the help resolving this issue.

On October 27,2023 I bought a GE washer and dryer from American Freight at 4150 Shaw Ave Fresno CA. I was told the appliance had a good warranty and because of my budget I wouldn’t need the stores warranty if anything happens just contact GE and they’ll fix it. Well 2 weeks after getting my set the dryer stops working. I called GE multiple times and no help. I called the store and was immediately told that they only help within 72 hours and that’s why they encourage customers to buy their warranty. After I told them I was not encouraged to buy it the person on the phone said we are made to offer the warranty so I’m sure you were encouraged. I was then told they offer an extra day on top of national brands for any issues and they can’t help me with anything. I get there are policies but a little empathy for a frustrated customer goes a long way. I have bought multiple items and will never purchase from the company again. I’m disappointed in the lack of caring customer support.

Jessica and Bernie were both very helpful in picking out my new refrigerator and bedroom sets for my new home. They walked me through every step of the way from shopping to financing all the way to delivery! I will definitely recommend American Freight to all of my friends and family.

If you need an appliance and you don't mind a few dings and scratches this is a great option. We picked up a Samsung push-in oven for about $800 plus $50 for delivery.

Make sure you understand what warranty you will or will not get and what limits the ever-present Extended Warranty has.

The fee for disposing of an old appliance is 100% worth it.

We're totally satisfied with our purchase and we were comfortable with the shopping experience.

Purchased a washer and dryer was very happy with my experience at the store. Prices are good. Employees are helpful but give you space so you can look around. Irene was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

My husband and I on a whim, went into the Fresno, California Sears Outlet store in search of a refrigerator. To our surprise, there was a huge selection including the style we wanted, a french style 4 door.
We were able to narrow it down to two refrigerators but couldn't make the final decision. Michelle Rodriguez came to our rescue! She showed us a special feature called a "food showcase door" that we totalled missed. That finalized our decision. When it came down to the money we saved (over $1,500), payment options, extended warranty, delivery and installation she didn't miss a beat! Michelle had the correct answer for everything. She was charming and took her time with us.
I highly recommend not only going to Sears Outlet for appliances and even furniture but to request Michelle Rodriguez. She knows her stuff, is patient and all with a smile.

I bought a kenmore french door fridge, Michelle was very helpful and friendly..there’s a big variety of appliances, furniture and mattresses at good price.

Walked in, I was greeted by Justin, very friendly. Gave me some space to browse which is very nice and had no pressure unlike most sales associates at other places. The prices were very good. I would recommend to check out American freight. Thank you again I am very satisfied with the price and the quality.

Jessica greeted us as soon as we entered the store and asked what we were looking for. We also a low cost washing machine. She showed us the Hotpoint then went and talk to another customer while we looked around. When had decided on the Hotpoint she took care of the sale. She was quick and efficient. We were out of the store with our new washer within 30 minutes. It was a really good experience. Thank you so much, Jessica!

Found an electric dryer online. It was an in store demo type. So we went there to see it in person. It had a few minor dents and scratches as expected. And the price was excellent for this model. The salesperson was very nice and not pushy like some places. No games, no high pressure to up sell us. Just a pleasant shopping experience.
So we bought it, brought it home and hooked it up. No problems whatsoever. Just a new unit with a few blemishes, and a manufacturer warranty is included.

Our helper was Jessica, she was a great help in stores. She pointed us to exactly what we need and even went in the back to give us a better product. The store has great deals for good items and brands. If I ever needed anything for my home, I know I'm coming back here.
