Great people to great customer service..I have been working with them for at least 5 years..haven't seen too much turnover in employees. So they are doing something right..

I have never had any problem with them. They are very helpful if it's not in stock they try to find it. The only thing that I can complain about is there calling back but I understand they're busy. They have always been polite and respectful and they set it up if I need them to.

I've gotten literally my whole house set from this rent a center, from washers and dryers to couches. quality furniture, not all of us can cash out on quality items but that's what they're here for. The payment plans are easy and they help figure out what works best for you.

its ok sometimes the manager can be rude but overall Ive been a customer for many many years and besides this current manager everything has been great
