La Empanada Buen Provecho!

La Empanada Buen Provecho is the BEST empanada spot in FRESNO. If you want to taste genuine and possibly the best empanada you will ever have, I highly recommend you visit this food truck. The owner is so cheerful & friendly. He is very welcoming and kind to EVERYONE. Even let’s you sample while you wait. The empanadas are crispy, tasty, and fried to perfection. 5 stars easily!!!

This place is great. The owner is a stand up guy and backs his food up with a guarantee. I believe his name was ray. The empanada was not too big but neither was the prices. I had two and it was enough. I had the chorizo and the beef empanada's and they were both good. The chorizo was better tho, the sauce was a nice touch for that added flavor.

First time here tonight, I tried the chorizo and papa 😋, jalapeño and cheese, chicken. They were all great. I also felt the red and green sauce complimented the empanadas well.

This place is incredible! Such an amazing food truck! The empanadas are perfectly made. We had the chicken pot pie weekly special and it was one of the greatest things I've ever eaten. The service is amazing and the owners are so sweet and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

This food truck is well lit and looks clean. I ordered 6 empanadas, I think they were bigger than the picture. I drove home and ate, the food was still piping hot and crispy and was labeled. I loved the pumpkin special, the beef and chicken. I recommend the pastry creme, and the bbq special. I won't order the pizza again. Over all this place is great!

Service is amazing and their butter chicken (weekly special) is SO good! The dessert one is very tasty as well. Each piece is $3.75, pretty good deal~

Incredibly delicious empanadas! The green sauce is my favorite. Owner is super friendly and welcoming. The Jamaica slushee is amazing.

Wow let me just say customer service was great and the empanadas were amazing I ordered both weekly special pot pie/Chile verde veggie and a chicken I came all the way from Kingsburg and I am so happy I did we will be back for sure and the side sauce were on point 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😋🤗

What can I say about this guy besides the fact that these savory treats are honestly some of the best things I've had in this life. Honestly is amazing and the sauces he makes to dip the empanadas are literally amazing if you havent had any I recomend you make your way to ashlan and Fresno and get yourself some of these treats

This is a great place to come after a long day at work! Some of the weekly specials seemed a bit iffy to me, however with some convincing from the guys here I have tried all of them and every other item on the menu and I can say for certain EVERYTHING here is amazing. The guys here are also extremely nice and very helpful. Great service, great food, and great people!

My husband found this place on Google. The owner was extremely helpful, the empanadas were delicious, and the service was pretty fast. My daughter is already asking to go back. I now follow them on Instagram so I can know about their specials!

Yummy yummy fresh empanadas. I had the chicken pot and pizza empanadas. The two sauces were delicious and went really well with the chicken empanada. Definitely will be going back again :)

The owner of this place is a very nice guy. He consistently greets customers with a very friendly vibe and often free samples. Is empanadas are delicious and he has a weekly special that changes so you always get to try something new.

The food is great but this place really excels when it comes to customer service. I am getting food here I see every customer leaving with smiles on their face, myself included.

An absolute must if you can catch them. Each empanada is delicious, the sauce is great with everything, and the owners are just insanely sweet. So freaking friendly, you go for the weekly special but stay for the nice chit chat.

AMAZING! We stopped here on our way to the Sequoia National Park and we could have not been happier with our choice! Not only the food is great (we tried salty empanada, sweet ones and specials) but also the owner is so nice and friendly that that alone is worth the stop! Highly recommended!
