Docks and shipping office are around the corner on O street. Park in lot across the street to check in and wait for a door.
I arrived at 1:00 PM for a 2:00 PM appointment. I was in a door at 2:05.
Loaded around 3:00.
Because of a pickup I did prior to this one, I ended up overweight on the trailer axle. They put me straight in a door. About an hour later, they took off the product and let me rearrange a pallet in the nose to get them two extra spaces and shift weight of the trailer to the drives.
They had great attitudes and we're very easy to work with.
It's a tight dock area with a train track and at times lots of street traffic. Also uneven pavement at docks. Be careful there!

Fastest loading i have ever had in my trucking life, it takes 15 minutes to get me loaded, really appreciate that they respect the time

Pickup appointment was 3 pm but checkin at 7 am got door right away.
Very fast loading.

The GPS brings you to the front of the business, but the loading and parking area in at the back of building (left on O street). Pick up was for the day before at 12:30pm got there the next day at opening time (7:00am) loaded and out of there in around a hour.

Nice place. Active ppl.
Quick service.
Only thing of concern is Backing to Dock.
You need to back to dock between running traffic.
But they are fast when it comes to load.

Checked in at 1:10pm
Got door right away
Out at 2:30pm

Make sure your trailer is clean
Docks are tight you have start backing up from street but quick loading

Lady in office was nice. Easy to back into off the road, and was in and out in probably 45 min to an hour.

Picked up a load there. Little bit of a wait but they make for it by loading you fast. Over all great Service

Great location parking available opposite the location. Load trailer in 15 minutes😀😀😀

Load very fast if you're on time. If you show up early there is parking

Has big parking lot. Pre cool your trailer before come here.
