Saw this place online and had some good reviews. Stopped in while in Imperial and it was so quaint. Nice family ran business and very friendly too. I had the shrimp taco plate and it was good. Wishing for some lime crema sauce but it still was delicious. Hubby had a Como taco/burrito and he really liked it. Now they have a Special quesodilla that is huge! Kinda like a empanada on steroids or a huge Mexican calzone. It's really fantastic. We got ours with Carne asada and will enjoy it for dinner tonight.

Food is excellent, authentic mexucan food. It is a small fit restaurant but if you are looking for good food it is so worth it.

The tacos are sublime. My favorite dish is Karol’s Vegetables with carne asada!

Absolutely delicious! Our favorite restuarant in the valley! The portions are great and it tastes amazing. The servers are friendly and try their best even when it's packed. We love their chile rellenos, enchiladas and the special quesadilla. Their sweet tea with lemon is delicious! Highly recommended!

Why did it take me so long to try this place? Man oh man, the food is great and hugely portioned. You won't be disappointed.

Good Mexican food. Don't know what was up with the kitchen but the two orders that were placed after my 3 taco plate came out before my food.

Today I had the chicken enchiladas with mole... they are delicious! The mole was had a good balance of sweet and spicy. I highly recommend this plate. Sorry I usually don't take pictures of food, maybe next time I am there I will add a pic for those that need to see to believe. Until then take my word for it, this plate does not disappoint.

Great Mexican place owned and operated by actual Mexicans. I recommend the crisp shell tacos. I know you think that is stereotypical but they do not crumble when bit. What a treat! Food is fresh and yummy. Place is clean and nice. Regular lunch spot for me when I am in the imperial valley. I highly recommend.

Good took a while but was worth the wait.

Absolutely love this place. I eat here for lunch at least once a week and I have never been disappointed. Their Caldo, Albondigas, and Tacos dorado's are my go tos. They have great Salsa and great service! I just give them a call about 30 min before and it's always been ready when I go to pick up. Only thing that bugs me is they get so busy that calling in can be hard to do at times that busy signal is a pain! But, that just shows how much people like their food.

Love it. Born and raised in Imperial and they have always been great! My go to is the Special Quesadilla with Carne Asada Enchilada Style with Red Sauce. Always friendly and plan to keep coming back. Best Mexican Restaurant in the Valley!

The food was prepared fresh and deliciously seasoned. The waiters were very polite and efficient. Service and food excellent. Good parking available.

Excellent service and chill mexican restaurant. The owner or manager had us try his specialty salsa (good stuff). The specialty juices are worth checking out. The quesadillas are huge. Easily able to split one for two people.
