I had an RV tire that was leaking at the valve stem and came in to Les to have it replaced. No appointment, but they worked us right in. Everyone was super helpful, and they didn’t charge me a penny. Excellent customer service, Les Schwab!

I liked it here. The workers are very professional, I was helped as soon as I parked in and it was a very quick process. The place is clean and so are the restrooms so I didn’t mind waiting there for my car to be ready.

I had a new set of tires installed today. Jessica was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you for all of your help. I appreciate you.

I've been going to Les Schwab on North Blackstone for the past 15 years. Les Schwab has reasonable prices, good service, good warranty and comfortable waiting room.

Little late on this review. But I would like to show my appreciation to Jess at this location for going above and beyond. We had our car service here. We notice an oil leak. My wife was near the Dinuba Les Schwab. I call them in advance and told them what’s was the issue. The Rep told me to bring the car in so they can take a look at it asap and check for that leak. When my wife did after work and the rep told her it’s gonna take 2 hours and there no guarantees that my car won’t get looked at. That was not what I was told when I spoke to that REP on the phone. It was about 4:15 pm. So the Rep called the Blackstone location and spoke to Jess. Jess told him to tell my wife to bring the car in. She drove all the way from Dinuba to Blackstone. Jess got the car in. 5 min later he was done and taken care of the issue. Also keep in mind the shop was closing in 5 mins before she arrived. That going above and beyond! And taking care of the customer. Would recommend this location!

First time to Les Schwab for a nail in my tire. Checked it, patched it, and even put away my spare tire, ALL FREE!!-I did not even purchase the tires there. Great customer srvice.

Yesterday had an 0800 hrs. appointment for a Battery check and Tire Rotation. Was out and done no later than 0815 hrs.! The whole crew was awesome and on point! Thanks so very much for the best customer service!

Great customer service I went in for a free tire rotation. They advised me that my shocks and my brakes were good.

Came in today after finding a staple in my tire, as soon as I got out of my car a friendly associate greeted me and took care of my tire I did not forgot to get his name but he was very nice and service was quick I really appreciate his quality service

The service is excellent and they honor their warranty. I will be buying my tires there again when I need to get new ones. They are kind of pricey but in the end it's worth it.

This location is always a pleasure to visit... even though it's not the closest one to me, I still make the drive. The staff are all very kind and professional. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

As I was driving home the front tire of my vehicle hit a hole. Came to Les Schwab and because I had just bought new tires here, my warranty covered I payed zero dollars for a new tire. I definitely will recoment this place!! I give five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great customer service

Called 5 minutes before closing on a Holiday weekend asked if they could fix a flat and they stayed open just for me. Prompt service, excellent customer service, quick fix for an out of town experience. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. I had trouble with a flat tire and they were able to fix it at no cost, literally for free! The employees are very generous and kind. Juan was able to help me out and I am thankful for his great customer service. While I was waiting for my tire repair I was able to wait in their lounge that had WIFI and not worry about missing any online work. Honestly great customer satisfaction. 5/5 stars!!!

They really earned their wings Saturday evening when they stayed open long enough to change the tires on my friend’s car that had blown out on Highway 99! We got there right at 5 PM and the lights were still on. They were kind enough to take care of my friend’s issue. We were out of there by 5:17 PM.

I needed to get a tire patched since I had a screw in it. I called them first before heading in and they were so helpful. They were very professional and made me feel welcomed. I took it in the next day and got a tire rotation as well. Definitely happy with them! Since I’ve moved to Fresno I haven’t found my tire shop, they’re definitely the one I’ve been looking for. Highly recommend 😊

I am back! It is a trying endeavor for a woman to get her car repaired. It doesn't matter what age or how experienced and knowledgable a female is concerning auto mechanics, they're going to be taken advantage of. This is why I am back with Les Schwab. This location is the best service, as well as respectful associates. They have been straight with me each visit.
My vehicle and I always leave with the proper repairs and fair prices for their excellent work. They make sure that dignity and respect are still important, I definitely appreciate this aspect of their service. Thank you!

1st time there my battery died this morning so I jump started my truck and headed for a new battery. Asked if they had battery and how long of a wait. Was told 1 hour or maybe more. Took about 50 minutes and I was on my way even had them check my tire pressure.
