On 11/10/23 at 11:53 am had left my phone at the counter and when I returned the nice lady over the counter had it. I am thankful and grateful.

Went there a couple of days back. The lady out there was so polite and she behaved so well.

Gas prices here are a bit higher than the surrounding stations but it is a very convenient location.

Location

The man is rude. When hes there the store is closed a lot. He picks an chooses who he wants to let in the store. Pulls out a stick when another employee didn't hear him and slammed it on the counter. He should be fired, Just my opinion. 0 star's.

Got there right at closing time. Went to get something from inside, cashier motioned they’re closing. Ok. Needed gas too- so right as I was paying at the tank, he killed the pump.

Not saying it’s the most awful service/courtesy I’ve ever had, because that would be saying a LOt- but at the same time can’t think of anything worse, either 🤷🏻‍♂

I’m so upset! My husband went in and used the bathroom and the man gave him the key with no problem. I went in with my daughter right after and with a disgusting attitude he tells me we can’t use the bathroom without buying some something. Wouldn’t even look at us...Seriously? I went across the street to Chevron with no problem. With COVID-19 he knows there are limited places to use the restroom.. (I read another review where this same incident happened with another gentleman and his mother) This man working at this gas station discriminates against women and takes advantage of people during a time we should be kind.

Poor customer service. Unfriendly and inconsiderate. Go across the street to chevron for better service. I did.

My intention was to purchase two Coke zeros and fill up my tank. I walk up to the door the gentleman says something that is unclear but I assumed, which was my mistake, that he said I’ll be right with you. I continue to walk into the store grab my Coke zeros head to the register and I was told by the gentleman that in the future not to walk into the store when it is empty. The door was open the store was unattended. He continued to tell me that next time I need to wait outside. Needless to say there will be no next time.

Can’t turn off the pump while the customer is using it and smile…terrible. 0 stars if I could

How is this place still open ? Is this not the gas station that IS stealing peoples info w the card reader? On the video circulating? Bc he def said at golden state and Shaw???

The lady was really really rude and hung the phone call as i was asking questions about money that was supposed to go back into my debit card but it never did they are scammers

Sp basicaly heres what happened my dad went to go use the bathroom and there was a guy in there and when the guy came out the guy gave him the key to the bathroom so he could go in and he went in and used the bathroom... When he came out he gave the key to the regestier and he came back to the car and my mom went in and it turns out that the cahier told my mom that the bathroom was not working but my dad said it did work so we were angry and confused and we left and im going to put out a complaint.
