Renee was extremely helpful working with my husband and I long distance as we were selling one home and buying another. She worked with the other title company at closing so we were able to sign all the closing papers for both homes at the title company close to us all at once. It meant a lot, as I’m disabled and it’s not always easy to maneuver around unfamiliar offices, buildings, etcétera. Ours wasn’t the easiest to navigate, I’m sure, but they sure didn’t have anything but encouragement and patience as things kept shifting around towards the end. Great to work with and good at explaining things to the non-legalese-housing-selling-buying type of mind. Thanks for helping us get into our dream home back in our hometown!

We sold a property in Washington state and being from Canada can be a daunting task. We could not find an accountant ( acceptance agent) who would do face to face meetings with Covid being the reason. Katlenia walked us through with timely calls and guidance. Amazing service and very personable. Any Canadian doing a conveyance in the area should consider using them as our experience was the best.
