The new building is nice. I kinda liked the old timey post boxes and looks of their Old building because it was like traveling back in time when the town was barely built, like cowboy town post style, but it was very small. This building is a bit bigger and more modern. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

They never answer the phone

Be sure when you want a tracking number to specifically ask because the clerk told me it’s on the receipt and it wasn’t! I called customer service and gave a receipt number and they couldn’t get it either. This Post Office has the worst customer service and delivery. If you want the service you need I suggest going to another branch.

DON’T USE USPS!!! GO TO UPS OR FEDEX!!! Never lose a package again!!!
Over the years I have had horrible luck with the post office. From my wedding invitations being ripped up & returned to me in a plastic bag that says “ Because we care”! My thank you cards with pictures being ripped open before being delivered. Packages go missing time and time again. One year my husband’s daughter calls and says did u get the Christmas gift we sent? No we didn’t, not for a year! Yeah the following year the package arrived at our door post marked from the year before!! Just crazy!! We recently bought a house with many documents being mailed back a forth. Every package sent UPS or FedEx got there when they said it would, but the two certified pieces of mail we sent through USPS was an absolute mess! Certified mail was lost!! We have been trying to get a final check from the seller (which in its own has been a nightmare) the mail man was supposed to deliver it today, instead he put that he was unable to deliver because of animal interference!! My dogs are behind a locked security door, he knows, he delivers here every day! It must have been a bad day for him that he didn’t want to deal with getting a signature. I looked at my 2 ring cameras and neither of them even showed him walking down the side walk!! I’ve been waiting for this to arrive so I had the front door open and my ears open, I kept checking down the street for him, never saw the man anywhere!! I know he delivers about 10:30 so from 9:30 to 11 I was looking out for him, when I checked the tracking status about 11 is when I seen his unable to deliver comment. I’m sorry you have a lot of bad days Mr. mailman, but you choose the job, they didn’t hunt you down to fill the job…

Bad customer service, the staff is not friendly at all, they don’t want to work and will just tell you you can’t do it there or that something is wrong with your paper work just so that they don’t have to work. I recommend you going somewhere else for passport applications, had to come three times and every time they would find something wrong so that they wnt had to process them, even though the first time they had checked my paper work they had said every thing was fine except for a picture. One of the front desk ladies is nice (blonde lady) the Hispanic with black hair is really rude and needs to improve her customer service skills, doesn’t know how to do her job and keeps interrupting other workers to ask how it’s done. The new office is really nice now we just need new employees.

They lost my father’s Father’s Day gift, it’s been two months and nobody will call me, I have to keep calling them and it’s very frustrating. Have some consideration and learn some customer service skills.
