Pharmacy closes from 1pm to 2:30pm everyday for lunch so y'all know 🙄

Horrible. Had me sign up for text messages to save time to get my prescription. WASTE OF TIME since the pharmacist says, oh you have to wait because a have to order those pills..... it's iron. The pills are freaking iron. I'm pregnant and anemic and now I've been waiting a week to take my iron pill. I refilled my prescription through the app and it said it was ready, I go in and the chick WITH ATTITUDE says well idk why you didn't call first to make sure we filled it. What!? The process to tell me to wait more days I'll be fine, and call to see if they're going to fill it then call to see if it's ready. I swear. Rude, incompetent, lazy valley people

Main pharmacist refuses to fill prescriptions if you don’t fit his stereotype. He’s very rude and won’t give you a reason why your prescription wasn’t filled. I dropped my script off at 3 pm they told me 1 hour, I came back at 630 I was not in the system and they said to go to the consultation counter. This man comes to and tells me I can’t fill this , i asked why he said he didn’t know, I asked when can I get it filled? He replied by saying i can’t fill it there. I asked why and he gave me no response and told me to call 1800walmart shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
Worst experience ever this man should be fired. I’ve been at this location once before I had a script for the quantity 58 he said he could fill thirty and the rest would be gone. I would have to get another script to get the remaining 28.

Next time be a little more respectful and a phone call would be nice when you are “unable to fill a prescription”

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Worst experience I have had at any pharmacy.. The WALMART PHARMACIST did not want to fill my prescription that my Dr sent to fill, because she said she knows more than the dr and i shouldnt be taking the medication the dr prescribed. 🤦‍♂

I thought Rite Aid was bad but these people are even worse. Terrible customer service, unethical (illegal) behavior, rude pharmacists.

Whenever I call they put me straight on hold without telling me. I’ve been on hold for over thirty minutes. Some of the staff are also very rude and incompetent.

Horrible unfriendly lazy pharmacy employees -then again it’s El Centro. Go anywhere else I’m sure they won’t take two hours to fill your prescription.
