I cannot rant and rave about the service of this practice enough. I leave on a high, singing their praises every time. My experiences are great here! I have a dog who hates the vets and they are BEYOND CARING, get down on the floor with your pup, they lay out a rubber mat so dogs aren’t sliding around, they hold him and care for him with motherly love and it’s so refreshing. We travel a lot, we’ve been to a lot of vet check ups and by far, outstanding, best in the world! Take your babies here. Thank you so much Doc Jerri and Bridget. you two are treasures.

Great place, good people. They care, and you know it. I've had to deal with Vets who don't, and it was not cool. Yes, it can be pricey, but what's not nowadays. They went beyond when my dog had a sudden heart failure in the of the night, during the holidays in December many years ago. They even mourned and comforted us when he died. They forever will be my go to Vet.

We moved here to Clearlake 13 years ago and had 2 10 year old dog, then daughter moved here for a short time and she had a dog & couldn’t take her with her, then they all passed away. Then we adopted a senior dogs 10 years old & 9 1/2 years old. Well Doc Jerri and here staff have always been fantastic. We lost our Laky on 1/26/2024. Thank to all Doc Jerri and Staff for always being there. Also thank you for the flowers

I went with my step dad and his doggie, we only waited about 5-10 minutes to be called in. Then was only in the exam room for 5 minutes before the assistant came in then just another 5-7 minutes for the vet to come in. I think we were there for a while 30 minutes. The assistant and veterinarian were so good with my dad's 🐕 who usually has to be muzzled but didn't this time. They answered all our questions. Awesome people. Thank you guys! 👍

Doc Jerri is a modern day vet with old-fashioned, country vet sensibilities. I don't even know where to begin when it comes to describing how comfortable I feel leaving my pets' health in her competent hands! And her vet techs are wonderful too!! :)
UPDATE: Still my most trusted, go-to, vet. I drive up from the Bay Area to bring my senior pups to her. As they age and have more issues I so appreciate Jerri's gentle, caring, competent manner. And her staff is stable, not high turnover, which says a lot about the environment they've created!

I love them! The staff is so nice and always takes great care of my Oreo. She is timid and they take that into consideration. I recommend them because you can tell they love animals and want them to be as healthy as possible. Dr. Jerry is a Sweetheart. This is a great place to take your animals for health and meds.

Dr Waddington and her wonderful staff have created a safe place for animals like my pup, Milo, as I discovered on our first visit! Dr Waddington got right down on my dachshund's level to win his trust, and her approach was so gentle - and professionally thorough! Milo was loved on, cared for, and talked sweetly to while I just paid the bill. Ha ha

Just groovy like always. Couldn't be more happier. Best veterinarian that I've taken my dog (Berkli)too. If you all want a good veterinarian I suggest you try Dr Jerry. Awesome staff.

This is the best place to bring your dog or cat if they have anything wrong. The vet is very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. The employees are very friendly and are very helpful. Every time I go there, the employees are always smiling. This place is not very expensive at all.

Great service, and Dr. Waddington always takes time to ensure all the options are understood. Great handling of my best friend, from the registration process to pick up. They always inspire confidence and always highly recommended.

It started with my dog having a large cut on his leg. I called ever vet office in Napa and not a single one answered there phone or called me back. I finally found this place and called them. They answered the phone and said bring him in today and they took great care of my little buddy. Great service.

We had a stray dog that my neighbors took in that needed to be seen by a Dr. this is where we were able to take her due to the quick response and timely help from Anderson Rescue. We thank you so much.

Best place in Lake County! Doc Jeri truly loves her job & it shows in the quality of work done by Doc Jeri & the entire staff. Clean inviting atmosphere & exam rooms, very caring staff (My dogs love them) full service vet ( lg. & sm. animals ) and competitive prices. Been going since 2016, with 5 dogs & I always received great service. I would fully recommend. 5 stars!!

Great experience for myself and especially for my 17 year dog who is a (nervous Nellie). Dr Jerri and her technicians were very calm and gentle with my pet. Dr. Jerri discussed all options and listen to all my concerns. The techs gave a breakdown of all costs. Thanks for all the great care.
