Down to the wire, he even helped us facilitate the home emptying process by arranging for handymen helpers to assist moving out furnishings, and helped us donate music to the local music programs. What truly stands out is his availability and expediency every step of the way. The orchestration of the stovetop replacement was a real challenge, but in less than two weeks the negotiations and replacement were complete. I rented a nice apartment from Best Realty when I moved to Ridgecrest for work last year. My rental application was approved quickly. When I didn't like the apartment I had initially applied for, they showed me one I liked much better and I was able to move in the SAME DAY! Sherrie Alley is an excellent agent and when I had to terminate my lease and return home to NJ for personal reasons she was very helpful in walking me through the process and finding someone to quickly take over my lease. I cannot praise them enough, especially since I am now back in California struggling to get an answer on my rental applications from much less professional realtors!
