Marshall's department store in Ridgecrest CA is a practical place to shop for clothes, accessories, supplies, and other household products. The only drawback I've experienced on an ongoing basis is it's difficult to obtain customer service, and impossible to distinguish Marshall's employees from Marshall's shoppers. But overall it's a great department store to shop and find nice gifts and sundries.

Love Marshall's! The staff here are always so on top of things and helpful whenever I do have questions or need help with carrying stuff up to the front or out to my car.

I enjoy shopping at this location. I come in here daily because they always put out new items. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized.

Has a better stock than most other Marshal's, the workers are always friendly. I think it being a smaller town makes it nicer because the stock isn't always picked clean or the store messy. Bakersfield Marshal's is a mess most of the time.

Life saver for little old Ridgecrest. The only place in town that you can shop for every occasion. New items all the time, allowing for a new experience every time. Prices are great. Merchandise is never on the floor. And staff is always nice. Sometimes checkout line gets long, however they call for extra cashiers without you having too. They really do care about your shopping experience with them.

Great deals. I never pay more than $6-8 for bottoms & $4-6 for tops. Look for the deals & you can find them. However, theres no real organization for products in the beauty department or the shoe department. You kind of just have to look around at everything, but that's how you find the deals. Employees are friendly & always make me feel comfortable enough to ask questions.

The store is clean and well organized with a good selection of clothes. The girl working in the fitting room was very friendly. I spent nearly three hours finding clothes and making multiple trips to try things on. The prices were good too, much better than going to the mall.

I just love this store . Everyone is always so helpful. Your cashier Alex is a gem. Has a wonderful smile and great attitude. The store is always clean. Thank you so much for having a nice place to shop.

If you want a good deal, this is the store to go to. But it's also a hit-and-miss. You find good deals and you don't find good deals

Good finds. I always spend too much but im satisfied with our fathers day gifts for my husband. Got some pool toys and some home decor. Very satisfied.

Wow Marshalls is realy a nice store now before it was not so organized and neat before there was no order but now it's a great store great prices and you have lots sales people around to help you . Who ever it is who put do much hard work into managing there employees and there jobs .......you my friend are awesome management etc. Good job

If you want quality clothing house decor toys for the holidays towels or bedding luggage or shoes this is one of the best places to go always great prices and always great service I highly recommend stopping by to see what might be a perfect buy for you.

High value merchandise at better than Walmart prices. Always friendly and helpful staff. Store relatively organized even with Christmas two days away. What's not to love?
