The UPS Store

They make Amazon returns super-incredibly-fantasticly-stupendously easy.

For example, today I dropped off two items for return. It took less than a minute, and that includes me getting a receipt for the item dropped off.

This store and a staff member named Carlos provided top notch customer service. I was warmly welcomed when I visited the store and then was offered help, which I needed and accepted. Professional, kind service with great results for my project.

I love the convenience of the UPS store here at Lakeport California. Living in a rural area it is a must have for this area especially with Amazon and online shopping for returns and picking up. The staff is very welcoming and very knowledgeable and the store is clean and well organized... and even in Metropolitan Salt Lake City area,( where I moved from) I always used my UPS stores as pick up and deliveries and returns and so convenient

Having reasons to visit the store nearly every day I've been able to observe their consistant kindness, deference, and experienced service to others in that time. Every concern I've ever had with received or shipped goods has been resolved expertly and expeditiously. Carol and Santos as well as others are notable for their friendliness and expertise. They've new owners now and the great service remains intact.

Great customer service. The store is small, and sometimes the wait is too long because they're busy. To expedite service, there needs to be specific and clearly identified lines so customers can get in and out faster. I appreciate having this facility in our small town. UPDATE: Carolyn, in my recent visits to the store, there has been no wait-time at all. Thank you so much for being a very reliable shipping location for our community.

The folks at the UPS Store in Lakeport are great. Friendly and helpful, no job is too big. They prepared for shipment a large ceramic table very dear to us. Arrived at its destination in perfect condition. Other services provided with the same professional care.
