Have you tried the tacos we had to get a dozen last time. We also enjoy the egg rolls .... you gotta try them.

Walked in they greated me right away with a friendly smile Took my order right away Ask me how I was doing and had my food in like 1 second. The kids working Monday dinner shift 3/13 Are complete professionals I'm coming back.

They are jack in the box. So expect what you should. This jack is clean. The people are nice. They do a pretty good job. Today they forgot my tacos so o walked in and they gave them to me. I was nice about it, and they were too.

Service was quick and very nice team members. Food was great with the minor exception of the curly fries seeming to be not as fresh as normally. Overall still was a quick and tasty lunch.

Best Jack n The Box for miles. Never gets my order wrong. I install for a satellite company so I frequent fast food. If I am driving there way I am stopping. Tastes like the picture looks.

Great burger joint good people good service

I will often go through the drive-thru and order a crispy spicy chicken sandwich. That is the best food item on the menu as far as I am concerned. As a kid back in the 60s and 70s my favorite order item was the 2 for $0.99 tacos. Way back then they would fry them in LARD! If they cooled before you ate them, they would be covered in a layer of yellow- range grease. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water all over again! Still on the menu, and only pennies higher in price. Jack always seems to get it right!

The curly fries are the best when paired with their Oreo shake...and it onlyntook a couple of minutes in the drive through!!! Awesome experience for my non verbal autistic grandson...we'll be going back!!!!

This was the first time I have went to this location in a few years and they had really fast service this time the lobby was really clean and well stocked. The lady at the counter was really nice and helpful. it was nice. I will be back,

Lived in this county 24 years never once have I had a bad experience like some of these reviews claim to have had, and to those who had a long wait in drive thru is either was only one person there because someone called in or quit... Take a picture of the curdled milkshake or the bug on the single pattie double lol... Great service for the price... What do you except? Its not an in&out smh

The young kid at the windows very Pleasant on a Friday morning the food was fresh I think the french fries could have been a little hotter overall I like it have the sourdough Burger french fries and they don't have Mountain Dew but they have the one down a Mountain Dew

Jack in the box is one of the best, most consistent fast food places you can go to in California. Whenever I get off of the plane I always stop and get an order of eggrolls. This location in Lakeport has been a great location for more than 20 years!

The Jack in the box in lakeport is my favorite place to go for the tacos. They are aways fresh and the service is awesome.

It's a wonderful place for food and my mother in law loves it because u get treated nice and if they do mess up the let her keep the sandwich or whatever it is and makes her a new one or offers something else and says sorry most fast food doesn't do that

This a busy drive thru early mornings on weekend, as I hear stress in the mgrs voice but she is still cordial w her coworkers.
