Professional, lots of testing

EXTREMELY rude receptionist. She changed my appointment and stated it was because they gave it to someone else and told me I HAD to come at a later time. Apparently they don't know how to act professionally. They need training like said in a previous review. I would not want to be represented by such staff. Doctor himself was pleasant and explained results thoroughly.

Dr jose cruz Rodriguez you are bad i don't know how did you become dr , worst attitude ever if i can give you a zero star i will .

Oh my goodness, where to start with this place. First of, the front office staff are just useless. No one seems to know anything.

Next, the person who is in charge of obtaining patient's medical records to be faxed to another doctor's office - is incompetent. It took three weeks for Palakodeti's office to forward medical records to another doctor's office. And that's only because I kept calling daily in addition to the receiving doctor's office calling and requesting that medical records be sent. What an ordeal not to mention a waste of time.

Now, about the doctor himself. About 10 years ago Palakodeti might have been caring and efficient, but it's sad to say that he has fallen to the same attitude of, "I don't care anymore" like many doctor's in the imperial valley.

The past year Palakodeti had been treating my mother with one after another heart monitor studies each and every time she had consultation with him. I'm like seriously, another heart monitor? All this time, Palakodeti and his physician assistant never giving my mom any conclusive results, but rather different views and never healing my mother.

Finally, more than a year of stupid heart monitors with inconclusive results, I decided to accompany my mom to see Dr Palakodeti. Upon my asking him clarification questions, Palakodeti quickly became indignant and had a 360 degrees turnaround of attitude. Finally, he would just answer my questions with a single yes, no. And the look on his face, my God.

Honestly, Palakodeti must have been shocked that I was very different & not at all following like the rest of the sheep herd (patients) whom he just strings along visit after visit in order to bill Medicare. So very sad.

Save your time. Go to San Diego where you will be able to choose from a multitude of very caring, competent cardiologists & their respective office staff.

Absolutely worst service ever received from a Dr. office. Time and time again my grandfathers appointment is “never found.” He’s 85 yrs old, NEEDING to be seen for his appointment yet is waiting over an hour and a half to be seen just by a tech? No thank you. Highly recommend everyone seeing another cardiologist.

Worse service ever, try to call several times for an appointment, they would transfer me to anywhere, tried calling back and they would hang up the phone. The lady was very unprofessional!! Maybe the docs are good but horrible staff

Front desk receptionist very rude no people skills. Not helpful what so ever. I've heard many complaints on the front desk staff.They need to be trained by a professional. Not a patient anymore cause of the rudeness!!!!

They wont fill out forms, dont answer questions, changed Doctors. Cant have an unprofessional office taking care of my life and death medical needs.
