called for flower service. Called about 2:30pm. Flowers were not delivered. Unfortunately my sick brother in law passed, and then I called to ask about the status. She was unable to fulfill the order yesterday. I get that, but I told her that he had passed away and was upset. However, she said, "well you called too late for me to finish." Unprofessional in my book! Let's not be too busy people to have compassion!

I did not have a good experience here. I hired Cathy to do my wedding flowers. Three weeks before the wedding I go in and order. She writes down my order and i look at it, everything looks correct. Two weeks before the wedding I bring in my centerpieces. She is busy doing a haircut, so she doesn't look inside the boxes. A couple days later, I get a call from her and she is confused why I brought in so many vases. I explained to her that that was how much I ordered and she was subtly trying to convince me that that was not what I ordered. I also ordered 2 larger vases of flowers, which she forgot about. Any who, we get it worked out. The day of the wedding my mom picks up my order. My wedding was at Sun Mountain so its a somewhat far drive. Cathy forgot to add four boutonnieres! I call her and she says she will be able to make them real quick. Luckily my stepdad was still in town so he was able to pick them up. These four boutonnieres were not well made. She used larger roses, instead of the smaller roses she used for the other three she did manage to make. These larger roses kept tilting and there was not a good way to have them stay put so the people wearing them ultimately had to take them off. I would not use A Cut Above for your wedding flowers, unless you want to deal with the possibility of your order being messed up.
