Derek is the go-to person at the Omak AT&T. He is very knowledgeable. He provides outstanding customer service. Derek is accurate and reliable.

My parents and I went into AT&T today not intending to walk out with three new phones but we did. Unfortunately it took way longer that it needed to, but that wasn't the fault of the customer service rep that took care of us. Ryan M. was amazing. AT&T's computer kept crashing in the middle of trying to process our transactions and when he called them to try and get things remedied they just gave him the run around. Eventually we walked out with 3 new phones and service and wanting to buy him a beer. He was so patient and apologetic. Thank you Ryan M.

It was great they have very good customer service it wasn't busy you will get through pretty easy and fast the everyone was easy to get along with I got all the information I needed All the stuff are very friendly I would advise everyone to go there check out their phone plan and see if there is one there for you

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. This is a place that can get fairly busy but is worth the wait time. Wait times are usually minimal or none. I really feel the staff knows each customer personally based on the great customer service they give. When a person walks into this store they can be assured they will be a valued customer each and every time. Love this place and would give it more than a five star rating !! From a loyal customer. Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful with starting hbo account and took care of switching my same number instead of just giving me a new number very quickly on top of training a new employee at the same time.

Whatever issues you're having they will fix them! They know the system, they are truly here for the customers! DirecTV or AT&T they will find ways to lower your bill, fix service, get you want you want and more! Lots of great dudes working there!

The Manager Andrew and the staff have always been a great help to us. After two weeks of trouble over the phone with AT&T customer service I switched from a post paid to a pre paid to save some money. My phone no longer worked on LTE, very frustrating and customer service over the phone was absolutely no help, I was ready to switch. Andrew asked me to come into the store and he could help me and he was super nice and knowledgeable and fixed my phone under an hour. Thank you to the Omak AT&T store. You saved a customer from switching today with your kindness, hard work and understanding. I would recommend this store for all help!

I had a great experience at the Omak AT&T. I was very frustrated and confused to why my phone wasn’t working and Chris and Caleb were able to help us out and get us working phones within 10 to 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend all my friends going to AT&T and talking to them.

Great service , answered all our questions and gave us more options than we had known about while doing our research. They even gave us an a solution for internet that we hadn’t thought about and actually saved us money! We live out of town but would come back just for the service!

This is the place I have ended up a few times when something wasn't working with my cell phone, and every time, a friendly member of the staff has worked with me to resolve it. Compared to other providers, they have an unbeatable prepaid plan.
I've tried Verizon, and a few others, but I've always ended up switching back. What AT&T lacks in coverage, they make up for in price. And even though Verizon generally covers more rural areas around here, AT&T still works best where I live. I don't have access to WiFi and Verizon doesn't work, but AT&T provides me with service and a home WiFi network via a router.
If you're looking for a bring-your-own-phone, prepaid plan with unlimited everything, you can get it here for less. And if anything doesn't work, you can count on the people here to get it fixed right away.

Nothing but 100% professional service, would not recommend any of phone service but AT&T especially because of they great service they provide for military service members.
