Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Best rental experience ever. We just dropped off a van we rented for 3 weeks so we could show our family from Germany how gorgeous Utah is. Booking was a totally smooth online experience but the true exceptional customer service came to light when our son was running late (from giving a keynote address at a conference) to pick up the vehicle. While this office closes at noon on Saturday, Aaron waited on our son at least 15 extra minutes, delaying his own travel plans just to accommodate us. Without his generous gift of time our vacation would have had a rough start given that my son had to pick all 5 of us (with 10+ pieces of luggage) with his personal vehicles. That would have been at least two trips down to Salt Lake and keeping oversees travelers waiting for another 3-4 hours.
Aaron clearly saved the day and understood our predicament when he reached me upon boarding our flights in Dallas, TX. I greatly appreciate his patience towards us and his professionalism and commitment to Enterprise.
The van was in great condition, worked without a single issue and the price was as stated online. Whenever I will need a rental car when coming to Logan my first choice will always be this business. What an awesome team! Thank you for making this a truly fantastic experience.

My car was being repaired and I needed a rental for a few days. My rental was ready when I needed it. I've used Enterprise for years. This was my first experience with the Logan office and I was very happy. Shout out to Zach and Jaden for their great customer service.

I would recommend Enterprise Rent-a-Car. I thought customer service in this age was going to extinct, but they show me a differences and there hope. The place is hard to missed but their facility is cleaned. If you do arrive asked for Brennen Nielson, he will take care of you.

Although the car they offered when I arrived was smaller than the one I reserved 3 months earlier, the manager quickly (and willingly) fixed the issue to exceed my expectation. Efficient check in and check out process. They are transparent with what they charge. I was worried about the cost to repair a rock chip in the windshield, but it was small enough that I didn’t get charged.

The location is a bit difficult to get to, but otherwise I've had no issues renting vehicles a few times from here. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I usually get a bit larger and nicer vehicle because they don't have the one I rented. In my experience the pricing seems to be a lot better if you reserve your vehicle a few months in advance when possible. It's also easy to cancel if you need to. Definitely would recommend.

Loved my experience coming here! The vehicle was in pristine shape with a great clean smell. We were upgraded to something more fun than expected while my vehicle was being repaired after a small accident. They made sure I was happy and felt treated fairly. Can't wait for my next wreck!

These people were great to work with! I rented through insurance and they managed it flawlessly even with last minute changes with no additional charge. I happened to leave a few items in the car which they recovered and kept in communication at all times. Stellar !

These guys always help me out when I need it. They are great at getting a vehicle they suits my needs.

Other than them trying to give me a bigger muscle car at first and I panicked, I let them know no I need what I reserved, an hour later they had a great car ready for me, while the muscle car would have been fun to drive around an area I know well, it was not the ideal car for a cross country trip! They got me what I needed and I was on my way, the car was great, the trip was great, the return of the car was great, great service by both individuals that helped me! Definitely would go with them again!

First off, I realize that my situation is way different than most. Second, because it's so unique, it makes renting a car a pain in the butt for every individual involved, excluding myself.... Sorry, not sorry. I've been to a variety of rental agencies, some good, some so bad that I didn't even take a car and left in foot. This time was easily the best renting experience I've ever had!!! It was the most difficult, longest and indecisive experience, but that's what made this one so perfect. The guy helping me was lost, confused and required help from another employee, but he also took it as a learning situation and asked a bunch of questions, so the next time I go in, he'll be prepared. I absolutely LOVED that he acted that way and because of his outstanding attitude, it made me feel like I was never going to be taken care of this great ever again, unless I return to this location!!! I will never rent from anywhere else, unless I don't have a choice of course, but these guys have a true return customer from me and it's nice to stand behind them, like they did me!! You guys are first class in the rental industry, thanks for being so AMAZING!

We've rented atleast ten times from here due to car accidents and such since the last 15 years. We've alway had pretty decent customers service with hardly any real problem.

I have used Enterprise for over 20 years starting in Oxnard California. I now use the Enterprise in Logan Utah. Most of the representatives at this location are very helpful and on the ball. I would like to call attention to two of them Brennen Nielsen and Sabrina Owens. Both very helpful and courteous. Ask for them by name your rental experience will be smooth and pleasant. Even the day I missed my rental time and lost my rental for that week Sabrina was most helpful and professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could
