This office was exceptional - I have had many bad experiences with dentists and this by far was the best. They made me feel at ease, gave great advice, listened to me, and were not judgmental. I will definitely return for all my dental needs! They also really worked to get me in sooner than I expected which I really appreciated! The office staff to the dental team did a great job and provided great service.

By far the best dentist experiences I’ve ever had. The entire staff is so kind and patient; they always make me feel more comfortable with procedures I’m not stoked about and I appreciate their attention to detail about my teeth. Joy is my favorite hygienist and makes me feel right at home too! As a kid that grew up terrified of the dentist, I now look forward to my cleanings every time.

I love Chehalis Family Dental! Dr. Cho and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I got my appointment and follow up appointments in excellent time. The assistant who did my x-rays was the best I've experienced. Each staff member was gracious, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this excellent dental practice. Ten out of ten.

I broke my upper left rear tooth Saturday night. I called for an appointment, and they were able to see me that Monday morning. Dr. Cho assisted the damage and stated I needed a crown. I was able to get an appointment next day for preparation work. They found a cavity behind the old filling next to the root, that wasn't expected. After the decay was cleaned out the LARGE filling went in and temporary crown was fitted. By the was this was mostly a PAINLESS procedure. Crown was ordered and appointment set to install it. We travel and are retired and Chehalis Family Dental accommodated us very swiftly, with professional, helpful, kind manner. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office for your dental needs. The work is outstanding high quality without the high price tag. We didn't have any dental insurance and the office was still able to accommodate us. Five Stars for this office and all the staff at Chahalis Family Dental.

WOW!! I had my first appointment with them today and I am truly impressed. I have always been scared of going to the dentist due to past bad experiences, but I can say that I am no longer scared after going to Chehalis Family Dental! My hygienist, Alicia, was nothing short of outstanding. She was super gentle and took the time to explain things to me prior to her cleaning my teeth and that helped ease so many nerves. I also enjoyed my exam with Dr. Cho! Plus, I always rave when front office admins are warm and welcoming, and they definitely are here! Mindy was super nice when she called to schedule me and when checking me out after the appt!!

Should I dare say I'm excited for my 6-month cleaning??

I love this dentist! Everyone is so kind and I’ve never felt any pain. Always a comfortable and fun experience! I look forward to my appointments and always leave in a good mood. I drive hours to this dentist because they’re so great! Not only are they great people but their services and amazing, and such a huge difference from my old dentist! Always choose a quality dentist to work on your precious teeth, and I’d highly recommend them after years of terrible experiences at other dentists.

First visit went great! Super friendly staff and doctor, quick pace, very little waiting. I can't say I'm excited for my cleaning or my filling, but at least I know it will be done by nice, capable people. ;)

I’m not the review writing type typically, however this dental office more than deserves it! From the first time I called to set up an appointment, until I left after reviewing my treatment plan, I could not have been happier! Clean and warm feeling office staffed with friendly smiling faces. My dental hygienist took more time explaining what she was doing and documenting than I’ve ever experienced. Super gentle and careful when using her tools in my mouth as well….A+.

Dr. Cho came in after the hygienist had finished up and was super warm and friendly. Typically I get nervous at the dentist, but felt very comfortable with him. We discussed some different options for my dental care and he recommended options that met my wishes, but were more economical than I proposed. He was actually trying to SAVE me money!

Truly can’t recommend this office enough. Small town feel with big city professionalism. Don’t hesitate to give them a call for a visit.

Chehalis Family Dental is awesome! They are friendly, affordable, and they can do a filling that doesn't drive me nuts later--a hard to find combination for a dentist. After years of anxiety due to poor treatment/service from other dentists, I feel calm here. I am treated with respect as a patient and they do great work. The entire staff is amazing. As an added bonus for those who can't afford insurance, their full price is lower than what I would have payed with a discount at some other dentists I've been to. My years long search for a good dentist is finally over.

10/10 recommend! Everyone is friendly here at this office! Beginning from front desk, dental assistant, hygienist, and dental doc! Although you can say *each* staff would ask this question, “do you have any concerns” and may seem repetitive, it shows they all are doing their job ensuring that nothing is being missed. I can come into the office sometime forgetting that would concern me and would forget until the 2nd or 3rd person who’d ask. Communication from staff here is also timely. For instance when I called their office to make my first patient appointment, although my phone call was not answered the first call, after leaving them a message, I received a returned phone call within a reasonable amount of time in the same day. They are definitely keeping up with the time- they use electric patient forms which was wonderfully convenient for me, so I didn’t need to come in 20 mins early to right on paper of my patient information. They’ve also retrieved my patient record from the previous dental office immediately. The hygienist and doctor read my records prior to seeing me. It made me feel like they were doing their jobs efficiently. I am pregnant and they knew that before I shared it with them and took extra safety precaution. Lastly, the environment is calm here, which I like!

I have been looking for a Dental office as special as Chehalis Family Dental, for several years. I just found it!
My Hygienist Joy, was exceptional. I usually suffer much pain when having my teeth cleaned, but I felt little pain. That was a miracle to me!!
I’m thankful for the inspiration found in the peaceful waiting room too.

I feel that I am “home”!

I called this office as a result of my insurance company’s list of preferred providers. I am fearful of dentists and have never had a good experience. When I called, the admins were wonderful, patient, and helpful. I explained what I needed and they made it happen quickly. The doctor and assistant immediately put me at ease and made me feel like my comfort was a priority. I felt like they genuinely cared. I had very little discomfort as the doctor was so careful and took his time. His assistant was sweet and informative. I felt light hearted and relaxed the entire time. I will never seek dental care anywhere else again. I wish I had found this wonderful team long ago! I appreciate you!

I have been a patient of Dr.Cho for a few years now. The front desk has always been very cheerful and quick to help me out. I appreciate the atmosphere, the anxiety fades away with the cool team in the back. Dr Cho and his office got my 5 star review. It was long overdue. I'd recommend 💯

I had a cracked tooth and they got me the same day. They were even able to get me an appointment at an orthodontist the same day. This is one of the better dentists I have been to in all my years. The staff is super friendly and I never feel any pain while work is preformed. I highly recommend them

My experiences here have been nothing but pleasant. The front desk staff, whether in person or on the phone, has always been friendly and pleasant to talk with. Joy is my hygienist and I really like her! She is friendly and by the end of my appointments it always feels like it went by quickly. After a cleaning my mouth is pretty pain free and I normally have a lot of plaque due to a permanent retainer. The Dr. is also very friendly with a kind demeanor. I have never had a long wait time either which is always nice! Overall I couldn’t recommend this dental office more!

I can only say wonderful things about this office. Everyone in the staff is pleasant and helpful. Joy is the best dental hygienist I've ever had and Dr. Cho is not only an excellent dentist but takes his time, explains everything and always cares about my comfort. I highly recommend them!

What a lovely place to recieve care. Very kind, caring staff. The facility is clean and tidy, warm and inviting as well. I felt very comfortable as someone who is very nervous about going to the dentist. I didn't feel nervous at all coming in. Just had a difficult below the gum filling done at Chehalis Family Dental. I was prepared to discuss extraction. Done in 30 minutes!
I've had a few fillings in my 60 years and "pleasant" is not a word I would use to describe the procedure. I can for this one.
Megan was very friendly and attentive getting me ready. Dr.Cho gives perfect shots. Sonia, beside Dr.Cho, is the filling expert and did a fantastic job placing the filling. Dr. Cho is an excellent dentist (I've seen him a few times) who knows what he is doing and will do what is best for you.
If you want warm friendly expert dental care, look no further.

I haven't gone to the dentist in roughly 14 years... I'm 26 😒 I have been wanting to do better and take care of myself and my wife has been pushing me to. She recommended (made my appointment) me to go here and i don't regret going one bit. I have gone twice now for cleanings and they have been friendly and have even called me to move my appointments ahead whenever an opening comes up. Definitely recommend!

This review is long overdue! I just want to start by saying how amazing the staff at Chehalis Family Dental is. I have never felt more welcome, comforted and in good hands as I do when I’m there. I have been to several different dentists over the past 10 years. Hands down they are the best. I had a major bridge put in and it came out perfect! They have given me my smile back and restored my self-confidence. I 1000% recommend Chehalis Family Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. They do amazing work and they treat you right!
