McDonald's

Normally I would never leave reviews at at McDonald's. However the staff were so lovely! This was my first stop in the U.S I was feeling a little nervous for the rest of my road trip. The team at this McDonald's were so friendly. Excellent service. I came in 8am Friday 6th October. Give that lady on the front desk some coodos as working in the fast food industry hasn't dampened her spirit in the slightest.

This place sets a great pace at getting the food to their customers. Even during the busiest time, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for food! It's extremely clean most of the time. And most of the staff are amazing. There is one though I think his name is Michael, he is very rude and will swear at customers if you order a lot for your family, and the order has a few modifications! Everyone else is never that way!! That worker though, he makes everything into the customers are bad and that they don't want to serve the food or whatever. Honestly have to pick the times you go for this reason. Avoid that guy!

This place is really cool! It’s my favorite fast food and I like how they fixed order by giving cookies and stuff like that.

McMuffin’s were perfectly cooked. Coffee was good and nice temperature for drinking right away.

Probably the best McDonald's I've been to, and the lady at the counter was fabulous.

It's super hard to get a fresh Mc chicken, I'm not sure why it just is! Not at this place! BEST MOST FRESH I've had in a long time! Good job ya'll! McDonald's in Omak WA! Keep up the good work!

Everyone there is friendly when we walk in they give us warm smiles and warm welcomes. Their coffee is the best. Everyone that is working in kitchen are the best they tried there best to move fast and make the food taste good.

I had NEVER experienced eating at ANY OTHER McDonald's in my somewhat traveled 40 young "Years", the AMAZINGly Prompt customer service and seriously unheard-of, above and BEYOND of the typically average expected food quality of "today's" McDonald's!!!
I couldn't help, but share a lil' customer appreciation to the pretty, young lady working the window that night/day... this just past Friday-Saturday October 14.

The staff of this store went above and beyond for my husband and I today. We planned a motorcycle trip a few months ago, and it happened to fall at the beginning of this horrifying heat wave. We showed up with me about ready to fall over from the heat, having difficulty breathing. They brought us a few buckets of ice water to drink and wet ourselves with while we cooled off in the shade. I am very grateful. This could have turned into a trip in an ambulance but their generosity with the ice and watwr helped me get to a more reasonable body temperature.

Amazing service, the woman who brought our food out was very kind despite how busy it looked (I wouldn't have blamed her if she was snappy, to be honest).

I dunno how much they are paying the crew that works here, or what sorts of threats are in place against the families of the employees; but they are somehow motivated to supply sizzling hot fresh food no matter the hour of day or level of business. Mackers shouldn't be this good. Other places take notice, come here, eat burgers and walk in the light

5 stars cuz I was super impressed! A few nights ago I went through the drive thru with a van full of people- 4 different orders on 4 different bills, kinda complicated.. but the employees were so kind, quick and efficient! Even in the midst of the covid they provided excellent service!

And I literally never do this, but they deserved to have something said about them.

I had a problem with a person wanting to fight. I think the guy was a drug addict or he was drunk. I told the manager and he proceed to tell the guy to leave. The manager was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience created by this drunk or whatever was wrong with the guy. He even offered to give free dessert or whatever we needed. I was very happy with the service from the manager and the employee that took out order and the hospitality shown to me.

This has to be the friendliest, fastest McDonald's anywhere. Stopped there twice in two days and I usually don't even eat at McDonald's! The drive up line actually moves.

Used the mobile app and went through the drive thru. Pretty slick and easy. Quarter pounder deluxe was delicious.
