Employees went out of there way to complete my order exactly as I requested it. Ordered my meal to go, but decided to eat it there. They switched the bun to the type I wanted, and even gave me a bag in case I wanted to take part of the order with me. Outstanding customer service. I'll go back soon and often!

Parked at the truck stop across jus to quickly grab food, very nice staff, clean and organized. Requested to make everything well done, employees did an amazing job. Thanks

It's an Arby's. The decor is pretty standard, but with the addition of some glass artwork there. The food is usually good, and the people there are usually smiling.

Love, love the curly fries!! Served hot & crispy. & the cashier/server Cherie (sp?) Is such a joy! Always so happy & welcoming. Customer service plays a big part, along with good food/value, in whether i want to come back to a store. & this awesome experience will definitely keep me coming back. Thank you.

We stopped to eat after a full day of hiking and exploring in the N Cascades, and the ladies working the night of 6/24/2021, were extremely friendly. Even though they were closing at 9, & we walked in at 8:40, they didn't say a word about us sitting down and eating, and were very kind. Plus, we did get out of there at 9:02, so we didn't keep them late or anything, but there were zero issues about it. Very nice... and the food was great, too!

A great change of pace from the usual burgers of most of the other fast food chains in town. Usually very neat and clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking, but restaurant seating area inside is small, so in the winter during busy times it can be hard to find a seat.

We came in just as they were closing. We were from KY and needing our supper meal. They were kind, did a super job of getting us food and then told us they were closing afterwards. All 3 young men did their best to take care of us.

I've only been there a few times since the Covid-19 pandemic started so I haven't dined inside for quite a while, but their drive-thru services are great. Whether I'm first or fifth in line, their service has been quick and their workers are always courteous. They have a great menu, too.

The awesome girls working on Saturday January 30th made an extra sandwich just for my dog! It made me so happy and thankful because I forgot dog food at home on the west side of the mountains. I wish there was some way they could get recognition for such a kind act it warmed my heart. Thank you again. I always stop here whenever I'm in town. Absolutely made our entire day ❤

My favorite fast food ever. This has been a restaurant I’ve been coming to for what seems like forever. Always love the food, the dining room is always clean, and drive thru works just fine. I may be biased because I love the food but there’s so much they have on their menu I recommend it to everyone.

Passing through town on June 1 around 6:30 pm drove thru this Arbys and had one of the most pleasurable fast food experiences I guess a person could have? Super friendly customer care at both windows. Offered my pups a 'doggy treat' expecting a dry biscuit per the usual like coffee places, nope. Fresh paperthin slices of yes please! Everyone left happy. What a great staff! Every face was smiling and in a GREAT mood. Keep whatever that was UP!! Hotter than heck out but this place was chill.

Staff is great. Towing a boat or trailer? No problem, walk through The drive-through. Are you a saucy person? No problem they are not skimpy on sauces to go. Thank you Arby’s Staff.

Normally they are so busy I don't even try to eat there. But today I got lucky and made it there before the lunch rush. Friendly workers, fast service and excellent food.

Great food, very fresh! Could be a little faster on wait time. 9 minutes and only 1 person ahead when going inside.

Glad to see crinkle fries. Didn't care for curly. Roast beef is great. Glad go see coke products too.

Ive never had a bad experience eating at Arbys in Omak. Employees are always polite, prompt and have never messed up my orders.

Of all the fast food companies I have worked in the past, this is the only one I am still willing to eat at. Good food, mostly competent staff at this location.

It was great because there's only 1 in Yakima, and It's up on north side of town!
