This shop and the owner are both absolutely amazing. We broke down on our way to Oregon in a very scary way. We were able to get to Lewis County Fleet who helped us immediately by running diagnostics. Our car was not able to be driven. Bill (the owner) stepped up right away and got my husband to Enterprise (20 minutes away) we were told they had no cars. We were stranded with two small children (who Bill was happy to let play inside). Bill then offered to drive us to Olympia to get us closer to home where we caught an Uber even though he had an important family event. Bill also was extremely responsive about the issues with the car. I could not have been more thankful we stumbled upon this shop. They are absolutely amazing.

Friendly and honest service. Being recently widowed with no mechanical knowledge, this is a business who cares and has the highest integrity towards their customers. Recommend to all my friends and acquaintances .

Our experience was amazing! On our way to a girls trip we had car trouble, they got us right in, and knew exactly what the problem was. We had to leave a car there and pick it up after the weekend. They were sooo helpful and easy to work with!

Not enough words to express how much this shop means to me: honesty, integrity, friendly, excellent mechanics. I depend on them because I am a woman who needs assurance my car is in good working condition.
Instead of getting thousands from me on a particular car problem, he told me to sell it asap. Honesty and integrity are rare. Shop is always busy. You may have to be patient, but worth it.

Highly recommend! Used their service for major repairs to oil changes. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Always felt I was paying fair prices compared to their competitors. If you want to feel at ease, ask for Bill when you schedule your appointment.

We needed a new serpentine belt. We called Lewis County Fleet Services and talked to Bill. We explained our situation and he told us to bring our car in. He was really busy but put us into the busy schedule. They replaced our serpentine belt and tightener in a short time. We were so blessed by his attitude and the ability to help us so quickly.

We were traveling on vacation when our car broke down nearby. Got it towed to a dealership who wanted an outrageous amount. After calling around, everyone was busy, was recommended to these guys who were also busy but due to our predicament, squeezed us in the next day. The work was fine, but here's a little thing I noticed which makes me think they're honest. I know by calling around the job is expected to take 3.6 hours. On my bill I see I was charged for 3.4 hours. I would never have known it took less time and I would have been happy, but they were honest and charged me for the time it took them, not the time I expected. If I lived near here, I'd go to them again.

The steering column went bad on my 2002 Subaru Outback while visiting family over here in WA. My parents have taken all of their vehicles here for years and know Bill and his crew will get the job done well. This time was no different--dropped the car off on Monday morning and a used steering column was found and installed by Thursday, which means I can get back on the road to Montana by the weekend as planned. LC Fleet Services saved me a ton of money and got the repair finished quickly even though they were super busy. Thanks for the great service!!

Bill is very knowledgeable he's always straight forward with cost and time needed to get parts ordered and received.

These guys were great. We had electrical trouble on our way home the day after Christmas. Turned out to be a burned up serpentine belt to the alternator. The staff was friendly, they got us in immediately and had us back on the road in about an hour. Despite the holidays, the charges for the repairs were very reasonable and the speed at which they got the job done was outstanding. I cannot recommend this shop enough. True professionals.

Amazing place great service competitive prices! We've had our 18 year old Toyota siena there 3-4 times. Always give us fair competitive prices and straight answers. Never had it in longer than 3 days. We had to have a belt replaced and 9 months later it broke again... they apologized profusely and repaired it for free. This last time 3 days before Christmas it broke down completely and we had it towed to them. We were surprised to get a call on Christmas eve expecting they would be closed. An hour later they called again with the bad (but not surprising) news that the engine had siezed and it wasn't worth fixing. He didn't even charge us for looking at it!!! "You have enough problems". What a blessing! Amazing place!

This place is wonderful! Our car broke down on the way to Oregon, and we randomly found these guys through the reviews online. Even though it was late in the day, they squeezed us in and told us theyd have us back on the road in the morning. Everybody was really nice. If we lived closer this would be my go to for a car garage. Highly recommend!

I have always been treated very good there Good work ethic

Bill was straight up with us, he is a truthful man. They went out of their way to help us, we who were two stranded travelers. The mechanic, Steve, paid attention to the rig as a whole, and not just what he was working on. He discovered, showed me, and fixed several other issues that I had paid others to do properly. Lewis County Fleet Services has my highest regard!

If you have questions regarding cars, tractors, etc, this is your guy. My family and I have always used this establishment, and Bill is top notch. Five stars is not enough for the service and knowledge you receive here!
