Enjoyed this airport. It was just the perfect size. I was able to get checked in, and to the gates with great ease.
They could have had maybe more options to eat and get snacks, however what they did have was wel stocked.
Particularly enjoyed a few mins of break before boarding to get an adult drink.

Very nice and quaint airport. Clean, comfortable and well arranged... Easy to get around. Helpful, courteous, positive and professional employees. Good welcoming atmosphere. Thank You for the awesome customer service.💖🌞

This is the friendliest little airport I’ve ever experienced- and I travel A LOT. From rental car return, the AA Ticket agents to the security checkpoint personnel (gasp!), the lunch counter spot… heck- even the airport announcements are a friendly tone. Theres just something about being treated with respect and friendliness (and as a human being instead of a nuisance)!! There’s not a lot to this little airport, but what they have a multitude of is hospitality! Go Amarillo!

Nice air port wasn't busy at all was clean and nice and not overwhelming easy to get in and out of . Super nice employees very helpful. TSA was a great fast ( I was the only one their )witch was a plus. I had a good experience and look forward to going back

Fairly small airport with a feeding staff. There is just one souvenir shop before security and a restaurant after clearing security. Usually not too busy and it just takes a couple minutes to clear security.

This is one of the friendliest and fastest airports ever. All their employees seem happy and taken care of. I will absolutely be flying here again soon.

Rick husband Amarillo international airport is a small airport. But, it is a very nice, clean, well maintained, upkept, and comfortable airport. I was able to use the free speedy WiFi, and enjoy the comfortable environment there. I also see them serving food here. I won't say it is super fancy here. But, it got all I need as a traveller.

Says International Airport but its mostly for regional flights. Airport is very easy to get to and navigate through. Getting through security was fast and efficient. Check in agents were professional and kind. Airport has minimal options for food but they are efficient and provide a variety of options.

This airport may not be a huge as others but it is definitely the cleanest, brightest and modern that I have been to. Great customer service and cozy!

Small, inclusive modern airport, easy to get around and no long lines. Laid back experience.

Awesome Airport, the bathrooms are clean and they have a awesome selection of different Restaurants!

Staff pretty friendly & helpful & appears to be pretty clean. Not really happy with Southwest at the moment but everyone with Southwest I've dealt with here in the Amarillo airport has been exceptional! Going beyond to make my experience better/easier.

Clean and pleasant and I appreciate the USO. My phone charger cost less than the milkshakes that I picked from TGIF.
Overall my 3 hour wasn't bad at all.

Located 2.4 miles from I-40. Lots of parking available. Easy to navigate around the airport. Well organized. Rental cars are located in the vicinity. A couple of cafe/bars inside boarding area. Staff are friendly.

This is my second time commuting via this airport and so far without any major issue.
The airport is easily accessible from the freeway. There are couple of gas station making the car return little bit easier. The car rental location downstairs always had a car for me. Not what I like to drive but minivans and pick up trucks seems to always be available in TX.
The gate personnel is very friendly and so far my united flights have left on time.
The TSA checkpoint is SLOW. Thankfully it is a small airport and not very busy like Newark or O’Hare. Seems like the X-ray machine they use locks up on occasions. Plus it does not prioritize who ever is dropping off their bags at the closest station to the machine. This last time I watched the bags of the person two spots behind me get scanned before my first bag did and then the guy ended up still waiting longer than me on the other side. This makes zero sense and forces a lot of people to wait for his last bin to come thru.
The few tsa agents I interacted with were friendly and they get a separate 5 STAR rating from me.

Mr. Tracy with airport services was incredibly helpful and accommodating! He addressed our concerns with wheelchair access and helped promptly.

Very clean and professional. TSA runs a tight ship. The only downfall was the only restaurant in the airport. The prices are quite steep after you’ve purchased round trip tickets. Either way, you have to eat. Thanks to the employees for keeping us all safe as we fly in and out of Amarillo.

As far as small airports go, this one has to be my favorite. The security came over to find us at the eating area to let us know our flight was boarding. The employees at said area were incredibly friendly. The gate agent for Southwest even helped us look to change to an earlier flight and called us over the intercom to give us updates on the number of seats available on said earlier flight. Never have I had a more pleasant airport experience, and I fly often.

Has a nice cafe before TSA checkpoint, able to have a nice family lunch before takeoff. Airport is clean, people/ airport people friendly. Can be a bit spooky at night when last flight in and it's empty.
