I love this Starbucks location!
The interior has great seating options and the staff are very friendly! They produce orders efficiently and I have only had my drink made incorrectly once. They take great care of their customers. To give you an example of their excellent customer service: An item I ordered online for pick up was not in stock so they put a note in my bag to check in with the cashier who got me squared away with a comparable item.
They guarantee satisfaction and quality coffee.

This Starbucks is in a great location, if you stay in The pavilion apartments I would recommend it to you.

One of three main Starbucks I frequent in St Louis. This one in particular has really great service and very friendly baristas. Drive through has pretty short lines every time I go.

This is hands-down my favorite starbucks location in the STL area.
They are so consistent with how they make their drinks. They must have training down pat over there.
I’ve never had to wait excessive amounts of time, even during rush.
Their mobile ordering is always available, and they always seem to be well staffed.
I have always had positive interactions with the staff who work there.
Lastly the cafe itself is spacious and clean!

I am a Dasher. The staff are always awesome. Even though they are busy their customer service is impeccable. Starbucks is one of my favorite stops 😊👍👍

Absolutely love this specific location! Such great customer skills, delicious food and beverages, and amazing baristas! They are all so wonderful and pleasant, especially a young girl named Mikayla. She is so sweet and kind to me! Her energy is always so positive every time I am there and her smile is also very radiating. Employees like this is what always drives to me to support businesses and I recommend to anyone reading this to pay a visit to this Starbucks!

i literally never make these but the kindest humans ever work here. Pranay remembers everything and is SO kind. Precious is the sweetest, Talia is lovely, Jared is well.. Jared (jk Jared is cool too) & there’s more names that I know I’m forgetting but will add. <3 i come every single day & they’ve made my day so many times. a couple weeks ago i was having a terrible day got home & dropped my entire drink & Pranay remade it for me. they’ve left sweet notes like “have a good day” on my drink, and just always go above & beyond. it always brightens my day. i literally never have to wait on my drink & even if i did i wouldn’t mind because they’re all so sweet to be around. best starbucks employees ever !!! give them all raises

Friendly and efficient staff. My mocha was delicious. Only problem are the lights in the dining area. WAY TOO BRIGHT. Tone it down.

There is a tendency of a longer wait so drive up kinda sucks here

Wish the organization overall would come up with alternative solutions to many stores running out of long straws but otherwise still Love my daily ice coffee. Still bummed they quit carrying sweet and low so now I try to bring my own.

Flawless drive thru experience. I am a Starbucks partner myself and I was thoroughly impressed. The gentleman’s name started with a J (I don’t remember his name) but he was so friendly and made great conversation. We love friendly baristas!

I will go out of my way to go to this Starbucks location! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and kind, and I always feel so welcomed!

I only got coffee, I have never had food from Starbucks

I went there this morning to get my birthday coffee. They weren't sure how to make my drink with the strawberry puree. They improvised and it tastes amazing. Thank you for going out of your way for this customer 😁.

Everyone is really nice, and get my order right for the most part and if they don’t, they’re always willing to fix it ASAP. The line moves quickly. I like going through the drive thru because every week there’s a new trivia or opinion question in the window for the tip jars and you can put your tip in the one that has the answer you want. I think it’s a fun and creative idea that keeps engagement going. I always enjoy going to see what the next question is going to be and see what the choices or answers are.

Drive thru may look packed in the mornings but the line moves quickly, staff is friendly, and I'm always satisfied with my drink and breakfast. And I know I can ask questions without them making me feel dumb lol

Very friendly baristas here at this location! They always have my order ready when I place it ahead of time and always made perfectly!

Jared is awesome! My boyfriend had a fantastic experience speaking with such a chill dude! This guy needs more recognition.

The employees here are quick and friendly.

The service was excellent and swift . The young man made an excellent suggestion with food and my drinks were also made properly so i am very pleased . Will return in the future 😁😁
