First time staying at this location and was beyond impressed. The staff was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk, the valets, the bartender, and breakfast attendees. Not sure I’ve ever stayed anywhere where everyone was so friendly and cared about your stay. The breakfast was a wonderful free breakfast. The room was nice and clean. Location is great.

First time staying here and I’m quite impressed with the quality of the rooms, the amenities provided by the hotel, quality of the staff, and convenience of its location.
The rooms are spacious and clean and the decor is vibrant. I love the houndstooth patterned wallpaper in the restroom.
The front desk was very friendly and accommodating, the valet was professional and fast, and the lady working at the bar served me a perfect drink and made me feel at home.
Lastly, the location is perfect being very close to a gas station, shopping centers, restaurants, the freeway and the Metro Orange line.
I also want to add that they are pet friendly so that’s a plus.

Last year, we stayed here for about a month with our infant and two dogs. The staff was great and treated us like family (or better than family if you don't like your family). This week-long trip was no different. We utilized the outdoor space for an impromptu potluck. Hung out in the lobby area and took part in the children's scavenger hunt, which was too cute. Our room was great with a separate sleeping area with two zoned thermostats, so we could make it comfortable for us and our little one.

I started visiting this place from 11/25/2023 to 1/11 /2024. In the morning they have variety of food for breakfast. Catherine and her co workers are very nice and and hard working, the guy Rene and his team was also cool who happened to be a vallet. The front desk as well were very kind. I happened to find out that some of the veteran star (Noli Locsin) and Gherome (Ejercito) of The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) was also lodging in this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and high-quality. I can't wait to return for another business trip as it was also very reasonable.

Besides the cost of the valet, this is a great hotel just outside of LA. Breakfast, laundry and fitness facilities made for a good stay. Pleasant staff as well.

All the staff here was very welcoming and helpful. My room was kept in excellent order thanks to the polite housekeeping. Parking is mandatory valet. I didn't mind because I was there on business for months. They do have a cool little restaurant and bar. They do not manage their inventory well. But it worked for me. The staff at the bar is very experienced and cordial. It was a good stay. I would be happy to lodge there again.

I lived in Woodland Hills for 10 years before moving out of state. I came back for a wedding and stayed at the Home2 Suites for three days with my family. I was so impressed with this hotel. It's clean, the rooms and lobby are modern, the staff was friendly. Just an all around great experience. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and full of multiple options. Gym is clean, full of quality equipment and has glass windows. My daughter and I played in the indoor pool a few times which was fun. On my last day, I left around 5am to head to the airport. While in the lobby waiting for my Uber, what appeared to be a homeless man walked into the lobby and slowly moved towards the rack of Smart Water bottles and began inspecting one, most likely with the intention of never paying for it. When the front desk receptionist asked if he wanted to purchase the water, he realized he was being watched and quickly put it back on the shelf. The security officer that was on duty walked over and handed him a new regular water bottle and said, all you had to do was ask. The man smiled and walked outside. It was such a pleasant way to address the issue. They could have asked him to leave, they could have raised their voices. The man was thirsty and the hotel had regular water bottles right there. With a single gesture, the security officer showed compassion and respect to him. I was so impressed with the staff here and how they handled the issue. Made me feel hope that we all still care about each other on this planet. If you are looking for a hotel in the Woodland Hills area, you should stay here.

I stay at this establishment each time I travel to Northridge for work. It is the best, friendly, courteous and had a nice breakfast spread. You won't be disappointed.

Great Location, near the 101 Hwy. Denny's and Topanga cyn. Straight shot to Topanga Beach. Park across the street. Summer Concert Series are free and Family Fun..

Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at. We had booked at another hotel in Malibu and quickly questioned our decision (the room at Malibu was dirty, smelled & had a very bad vibe to it) I quickly googled & reserved a room at Home2 suites. The second we arrived the stress was gone. We felt safe and room was clean and relaxing. The members were great, along with the dinner & breakfast. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. I plan on visiting my niece as she attends classes at Pepperdine and this is where I will be staying. I don't care if it's an hour away.

I usually stay at another chain, but this place has definitely been a game changer for me. Hot complimentary breakfast & friendly staff. Will definitely be visiting again.

This was a fantastic hotel to stay in! The staff was great, nice clean room. Nice little welcome snack pack for being a rewards member and a welcome on the TV. The only complaint I have is the water pressure but I think that is a one off for my room bc my friend was staying also and he said his shower was fine. The bar was nice with great bar tenders. I missed out on breakfast but I am sure it would have been nice as well. Definitely worth your money! I would stay there again if I ever go back out to LA.

After several days, staying up all night with my mom at a local hospital and not wanting to drive home I stayed here. Ethan at the front desk was beyond helpful. Employees like Ethan bring people back to an establishment. He's a keeper. Promote this kid!

As a critic, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the facility was top-notch, and the service was impeccable. The breakfast options were varied and convenient, and the location of the hotel was ideal, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay and I highly recommend it to others.

Amazing new hotel. The rooms are clean, big, and beautiful. There are big fridges, a nice TV, and very comfortable beds. The lobby is nice, cozy and modern. It's a great area to hang out and eat at. The breakfast here is delecious. Their staff were very nice and friendly. I would like to thank all staff that made us fell very welcomed. That was a perfect stay and experience!!! We will definitely come back and refer family and friends to come and stay here.

Great place close to LA and Topanga Canyon.
They let us in one hour earlier which was super kind I also love their sheets so soft .

Had a really nice stay. Cassandra at the front desk was very sweet and went above and beyond to hand deliver treats to my room because it was my birthday. Louie the kitchen staff was great too he was working very hard in the morning at breakfast. All the employees were very friendly. The room was very clean and loved the new appliances. Would love to come back.

This location was truly accommodating. We stayed here for 7-days due to our home being flooded and their staff took us in right away.

The front desk staff was amazing! Thank you so much LT , Louie, Jazz, Melissa and Alexandria you all made my family feel so welcomed! The feeling their team gives you is like being "Home, but away from home".

I will definitely come back and refer my friends and family to come and stay. I love the nightly vibes at their bourbon bar. Great place to stop and watch the game, or any sports events.

I am so thankful for everyone who helped us, and happy this place is not too far, will be back for those Tater Tots!
