Hampton Inn & Suites Artesia

Obviously the location isn’t great because there’s not much to do here in Artesia, I am here for a BP Graduation Ceremony, but this hotel is amazing, the staff is really nice and helpful, the place is really modern and cozy. I love the lobby because I was able to sit down in a low lit area and study and focus. Since Artesia restaurants close early, I was able to get a microwave meal from the front desk shop and it was really satisfying, with all the snacks, utensils and drinks available. Just a great stay. Oh and the fitness room is nice as well, had a great workout. Awesome staff again!

No issues here! Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great. Can’t go wrong here, a good solid Hampton!

The room is made for a family. I was traveling with a family of five. The queen suite was very spacious and clean. There are two queen beds and a large sleeper couch. The five of us were not on top of each other like in other suites. The pictures on the site did a good job representing the actual size of the room. The bathroom offered doors separating the sink area from the tiolet and shower area. This is great when everyone is trying to get ready. The staff was pleasant. The free breakfast was decent. They did run out of yogurt parfaits at 7:30. We would have asked for more but we did not want to interrupt her gossip session at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the BEST hotel I've stayed at in a long time! I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff were friendly, even the other guests were too.

My room didn’t have a microwave and after a week of asking for that item I finally got it, when you are staying on a hotel for more than one week like I usually do for work, you definitely need that kind of goods in your room 😎

We had great service! Our family gathered for a memorial service for my dad. The hotel allowed us to use one of their meeting rooms to gather for a family meeting. The guest rooms were clean and the breakfast was well done.
Just a couple of things to mention. The design of the hotel used a barn door for both the closet door and bathroom door. No real problem but not really a great design element. Also, the newer the Hampton the smaller the rooms.

The customer service here is wonderful. Everyone we encountered in Artesia was kind and welcoming. This hotel is nice, clean and well kept. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The phone wasn't plugged in so you couldn't call the front desk. The beds are very firm and brand spanking new. That was the only downfall for me at least. If you like a firm bed or don't mind one then no worries. The breakfast was fabulous and changed a bit each day. I didn't get a chance to try the pool and spa as it closed by 10. Overall a very nice hotel.

Was in town on a business trip. Hampton inn was a great choice. The hotel, including my room was clean and in nice condition. Breakfast was easy and had choices I like.

This is a new Inn. Room was comfortable, desk staff were professional, helpful, and friendly.

Hilton's digital key implementation is problematic. Easy to get, easy to use, very convenient - when it works. When it doesn't work, you get an error that has an option to 'call for help.' That option simply gets you a recording that says 'call your hotel.' Not helpful. This issue isn't limited to this hotel. I have experienced it at other properties. It's a Hilton-wide issue.

Even so, HI are recommended for travel - just get a room key when you arrive.

This hotel is super clean and nice. Rooms were awesome and breakfast bar was great. They do need to pay attention to the chlorine levels in the pool as they were too high and my kids couldn't swim long. Other than that, this was a great place to stay

Wonderful visit. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and gracious.

Stayed here last weekend, staff was amazing and went out of their way to make our stay great. We rented two rooms and both were great, breakfast was nice, only thing, the pool had a lot of chlorine to the point it burned your eyes.

Our room was very nice. We have a family of 6 so our hotel room options are limited. This room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the water in our room, but Tommy, the General Manager, hopped right into action and took care of us and resolved the problem. The issue was outside of his control but he made it right. Excellent customer service on his part. The breakfast spread was amazing and there was plenty of good food for all of our appetites.

During this pandemic it is very hard to trust where it is safe to stay and take your family. This was the first trip we did in 6 months and the service, cleanliness of the hotel was spectacular better than I could have imagined. Rooms are disinfected and sealed until your arrival I was very impress. Thank you Hampton Inn for making us feel more at ease staying with you.

Very large room, lots of fluffy towels, bed very comfortable. Free Breakfast was a large variety of high quality food and different each day. Friendly staff, indoor swimming pool and spa, lots of amenities. Coffee on 24/7 in lobby and large bowls of fruit always available and they don't bother you when you're taking lots of ice. The entire place was extremely clean.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and the house keepers are great. We have a lovely suite, I like how you can tell that they work hard to keep the rooms very clean. It's been a nice stay and we will definitely be back whenever we are in town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton in Artesia. The location is perfect for traveling through the area. The rooms are spacious and well stocked. The breakfast was incredible! The staff were all super friendly and accommodating.

Room was what you would expect from a hotel room. The lady at check-in seemed like she was new because she wasn't sure what end of the building our room was on, but no big deal. Best part of the stay was the breakfast for sure. The attendant was friendly and the food was fantastic.
