We were in need of a new HVAC system at our Airbnb rental. I called 8 different companies in Centralia and Mills NW was the only one who answered. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and was able to send someone out to our property the very next day to inspect the system. Based on their recommendation we decided to have a new system installed. They scheduled the install for a week and a half later, showed up on time, and did the job with no hassles. We felt the price was affordable and appreciate their timeliness in helping us get a new system so our rental didn't have to be off the market very long.

Great work fast install new gas furnace and cooling heat pump system in a very old home. Works great have had no issues cools home very well and works at keeping our home nice and warm. Thanks

Dave came out quick to remedy a minor issue that we couldn't figure out. Very honest & has a ton of integrity. Will be using Mills for all my heating & cooling needs.

The fixed a relay and the HVAC works. Very simple and much cheaper than new furnace or AC. Great work and knowledgeable.

We've used these guys to repair and replace some gas wall heaters in apartments. They have done a fine job.

Went with these guys NW heating and cooling thinking it was a great idea because I could purchase 2 yearly services at one time. My first scheduled appointment was scheduled 3 weeks out which I was fine with. The day of the appointment 10 mins prior to the appointment time I get a call saying uh well my hvac guy is not picking up his phone and didn’t show up to work so we are going to have to reschedule for next week. I was a tad annoyed but was like ok I’m still going to give them a chance. Well today rolls around we sit at home all day in case he shows up early and go figure 15 mins before he’s supposed to arrive we get an e mail and missed call saying they need to reschedule for next week. Like come on. How unprofessional is this. Not just once but twice. We let them know we will no longer be doing Business with them and will be reaching out to a new company.

We will NEVER ever use this company again. We had problems with our heat pump they came 2 hours late and couldn't find anything wrong. Came a second time 2 hours late and said it was a panel that needed replaced. Called US and made an appointment to have said panel put on and Didn't even bother to show up but did call after our appointment time to tell us it hadn't even come in yet and they would call us when it came in. Called us the next day and we made an appointment for it to be replaced and STILL NO ONE showed up. They called us an HOUR after our set appointment time to tell us he was going to be late. AND now its after 5pm and still NO ONE shows up. Don't waste your time or money on this company they have absolutely the most horrible customer service in the planet. Honestly they don't even deserve one star.

Having to have another company redo work done my Northwest Heating and Cooling. They installed things wrong and its going to end up costing us a lot to fix.
