Where to start… Torin was hands down amazing!! We had so many ups and downs with the interest rates sky rocketing - buyer issues etc and he never gave up on us. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor - he went to battle for us and we were able to finally sell our home. Not to mention we live out of state - he took care of everything. 10/10 highly recommend.

Torin has been great from the very start. Working to find us our home and thinking outside the box and suggesting different areas until we found the right one for us. We have the sellers 30 days from the close of escrow to move out and Torin kept in touch with us the whole time and the seller to make sure they would be out on time. The sellers were not organized and were not ready to move out on the day like they were supposed to be and as they said they would be and Torin was at the house before us to access the situation and came up with a plan to quickly get it all sorted out. The way he offered to help and his concern to make sure that we were in our home when we were supposed to be was above and beyond what I think any other agent would have done. We are so happy Torin is out agent and still in touch to see how the renovations are going.

Wonderful Experience!! Highly Recommended!! I thought buying a home was going to be a tiresome process, but Torin made it so enjoyable. He was so patient when seeing the homes. Also very efficient in handling all of the paperwork. I was sad after the process was over because we really enjoyed our time with Torin.
