Blossoming Lotus Gyrotonic & Pilates

I've been taking Pilates from Laura and Steve for a year, and Gyrotonic from Laura for several months. They are fantastic instructors who are highly skilled in both disciplines and make classes fun and challenging. I have gained so much strength and spinal flexibility since working with them.

Blossoming Lotus Gyrotonics is a full-spectrum Gyrotonics studio, with seasoned instructors who are among the best in Southern California. Laura and Steve are able to apply their vast knowledge of the body’s kinesthetic function and form in order to serve the needs of their clients. Anyone who wants to improve balance and flexibility while gaining strength and grace can find it by the Gyrotonics system, ably led by Laura and Steve. As a practitioner in the movement arts having taught dance and yoga for over several decades, I’ve been mightily impressed by the expertise and manner of their instruction, and highly recommend, especially for those in dance, yoga, Pilates, sports - really, anything movement related!

*Amazing* gyrotonic sessions with Laura‼ I was hooked from the first moment we met and she introduced me to the world of gyrotonics.... since day one I've never looked back... she is so knowledgeable and a patient instructor. She's an inspiration every session.... even if Blossoming Lotus wasn't the #1 studio in the I.E. I would still engage with her as she is just that *amazing*‼

Really enjoy gyrotonics with Laura! She is very knowledgeable and experienced working with us “older” folks. Started as a luxury and has become a necessity. I would recommend her to anyone at any level of fitness. Lovely, comfortable studio as well.

Gyro is like getting a full body massage while you are strengthening your core. Laura is very knowledgable about rehabing injuries and supplementing physical therapy exercises. Invest in yourself for a lifetime of mobility!
