I had such an amazing experience with Jax Bicycle Center due to the exemplary customer service I received from the manager Octavio (OC). He was extremely professional as well as the staff. My partner brought in her cruiser bike and it was beat up pretty badly, and they transformed her bike into nearly a new bicycle. Initially, the bike was restored with many new parts and looked for the most part new. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the rust on the front tire. I took it back to Jax Bicycle Center and explained the issue to the manager Octavio and he replaced the front wheel free of charge due to my dissatisfaction. Due to his above and beyond customer service I will always refer people to his bike shop. Thank you so much again for making my partner happy with repairing her bike! You have no idea how happy we both are that we can finally ride bikes together!

The bike I purchased is a 2022 Trek Emonda SL 5 which i was in luck that the previous hold on the bike was released and I got to purchase the 52 which is my size. Been looking for this bike for a while and Jax had it in their store. Kudos to Del Angela for the sale and her time to answer all the questions I had and recommendations on accessories. She went above and beyond to make my purchase pleasurable. Octavio took the time to chat and congratulate me on the purchase. Gave me recommendations to get fitted and invited me over for their weekly Friday night rides. Great and friendly staff.

Competent, friendly, and timely service with a great selection of bikes and accessories. Jose is a master mechanic, he transformed my aging GT Terra mountain bike into one sweet ride. I'm 75 and ride pretty much every day around Claremont. I feel much safer on my bike now with Jose's attention to detail. By the way I have been coming to this bike shop for 65 years (Bud's Bike shop of yore).

Awesome experience. Everyone in that shop is really down to earth and kind. They were even thoughtful of my ugly pug.

It was the first time we visited Jax Bicycle Center. When you enter the center you feel like you are welcome and comfortable like home. We went to see the place because we passed by that center. But since the staff made us comfortable and friendly we already feel like we want to go there every time we go to Claremont. Great place if you are bicycle enthusiastic.

The staff ate very friendly and helpful. Even though it's a small shop, there are a lot of bikes from which to choose, including e-bikes, accessories and clothes.

So far I can only comment on the service over the phone. I’ve been dealing with Ian, and he’s been very helpful and professional. Ian was able to transfer two Electra Bikes that my wife and I have been trying to track down all summer long. Ian was able to have them transferred the next day from Huntington Beach. I will be picking the bikes up soon, so I’ll be able to review them until then. Thank you Jax Bicycles for providing great service and the bikes I’ve been looking for.
